Choosing Belay Mortgage when buying my first home was the best decision I made all year! I was, and remain, flabbergasted at how smooth and simple the entire process felt. Like, it was the easiest part by far of buying a house. The pre-approval process was so thorough that once we had a house offer accepted the official loan approval came through in only TEN DAYS. I'm sure that's uncommon, but it's a testament to the work Jodi and her team put in upfront. We could have closed almost immediately, but the *seller* needed more time, so we relaxed and twiddled our thumbs over the holidays instead of sparing a thought for the financial side of things. Responsive, proactive, good tech, good loan products—everything was easy and painless. Can't recommend highly enough.
