    When I was first married and my wife and I were trying to get into our first home they pre-approved us for a home loan, then after we made an offer told us there was no way they could give us the loan as we were too young and didn't have enough credit. Isn't that what pre-approval is for? Later we heard from several other couples who had the same experience. We had no issue getting the loan elsewhere. These guys are behind in the times. Their mobile app constantly has issues, remote deposit just flat out doesn't work, and they only have one location in Idaho Falls.

    I don't bank with them but see their neglegent driving I wouldn't want to. A car marked with their logo in a huge traffic jam on woodruff they cut me off trying to get in to my lane and make the green light. There was a line of cars they cut trying to get in front of me. Yea they probably won't care about your money if they don't care about the safety of others on the road 😡

    Wasted 3+ weeks of our time! Husband and I didn’t realize you had to be LDS or associated to open an account..my husband does NOT look like a practicing member of the church. Visible tattoos, piercings, etc. they said nothing to my husband, helped him “open an account” and said to come back in 2 days for our cards. Meeting time gets pushed back because the teller is out sick, fine. Reschedules us for the next week. Reschedules us again. “Oh, we’re so sorry your cards got shipped to Mountain Home instead of our branch, but we’re getting them here.” 2 weeks after that, he goes in after being rescheduled multiple times again, and is told they have to verify our status with the church! They’ve been giving us the runaround for almost a month! All they had to say was “we’re only for members of the church or their families etc.” and we would have been totally fine, happy and moved on. So so disappointed in this atrocious customer service. I’m quite happy to be disqualified from having an account at such an awful establishment.

    I have never felt so unwanted, unworthy or disrespected than i did when i came into the Idaho falls branch to see about a home refinance. The "loan officer" was so rude unwilling to help me. Once he found out that my husband was a truck driver, he was done. Oh this won't work, it just won't. I've done one before and it was so difficult. I left, called Mann Mortgage, less than 3 weeks my home is refinanced with a much lower interest rate. And extremely better customer service.

    Do not leave the building without reading the paperwork. We went in to refinance 2 business vehicle loans as we were told they were having a deal with lower interest rates. (Our first time refinancing) When asked about fees, we were told there was only a $22 fee. My husband did the paper and they said they would email us for final signatures. When we got the email, there were so many fees that added up to a good amount. We didnt save as much as we thought we would. Our monthly payments are a little lower but feel like it was a bit dishonest to say there are no other fees and then to just email the paperwork. Just make sure to read the fine print.

    I'm a new member with Beehive. I worked through the loan process with Debra and account opening with Austin which was a solid experience; I felt valued. Austin listened and was empathetic to my needs. I just called in to get help onto ebranch and I had a completely adverse experience. I didn't catch her name but she told me she does all of the account openings for new online and mortgage memberships. She was unwelcoming, condescending, and seemed generally unhappy. Mistakes happen, and some were made on the account opening side that made it difficult to look me up in Beehives system. There were continous gasps and sighs of intolerance from her pointing the blame on me. I spelled out multiple times my information including verifying every individual letter after she was willing to just give up, not believing I did a loan or opened accounts. I was shocked how mistreated I was as a new member and the lack of value that was shown for me making this decision to experiment elsewhere. Not knowing my story, nor being empathetic as to why I've changed institutions, crippled her in providing me with exceptional service for something so basic and instantly decayed this newly formed relationship with Beehive. I don't trust this institution, so how can I stay?

    I've been with Beehive for about nine years. My CC number was stolen last weekend (six days ago). Their third party fraud alert caught it, but told me I'd have to call the branch for a new card so I called first thing Monday morning. The card services Beehive rep told me that I'd have my card in two days. Now being Thursday and still no card, I called again to which they put me on a 15 min hold just to tell me that the card wasn't yet made, and would need to be sent to Salt Lake first (reason I don't understand), and then be sent to me in the mail which would take another six days. So a total of nine days to wait for a debit card... ridiculous. I asked if there was anything they could do to overnight mail me a card, to which they replied, " we can email you a list of non-beehive branches in your area so you can withdraw money until then" This is not professional nor the proper way to handle the situation. I'll be closing my account and moving to another credit union on Monday.

    They r friendly and nice I have banked with them little over 2 years and when I had problems I would and they would help me fix the problem and they great with my parents who also bank with them

    I have banked With beehive for over 8 years. I first they were OK but recently I have had nothing but problems with them. Their hours are horrible so there’s no time to ever make it to the bank while they’re open if you work. Also I’ve had my debit card number stolen several times through the bank.Definitely changing to a new bank.

    I really appreciate the workers through the call center that helped me set up my account. They're really wonderful and quick! I only have one thing I wish was different. They can't print your cards there. you have to have it shipped to your home, or the branch. Thank you for helping me out regardless BeeHive!
