    Great service. The open floor plan though, degrades the experience. It's like trying to conduct business discussion in a call center, with multiple discussions nearby. No dividers to buffer the sound. The staff are all great to work with.

    We had came in there after my family got into a car accident needing a bank account to get a rental. Paige Ross was fantastic and walked us through the process perfectly she was kind and straight to the point. She really turned a bad situation into something better 😍😍 thank you Paige

    Had appointment at 10.30 signed in w code at 10.15 sat Mike at front desk made no eye contact w no one she was waiting on Tracy was busy w another customer got to becu as Mike continue to sit there waiting on no one Tracy called us and waited on us at 10.30 another new customer came in I helped her sign in she also looked at Miko no response from miko we both sat there like we’re the customer service she got waited on at 10.45 she not coming back

    BECU has been so helpful to us with my spouse..financing both our cars and when we needed to improve our new house they came in so handy with loan improvement loan. Alex B at Bridgport branch especially was so helpful..took us through everything ..explained all details,so patient and kind..We left very satisfied customers

    BECU is not concerned with people first like their tagline, they took my money. I am having difficult financial times, and disabled, and unable to work. I have an overdue credit card with them. I had money taken from my checking account to pay for this credit card - this was unauthorized by me. They explained their policy to do this. I explained my situation and requested an exception be made given my disability and financial distress, this was some of my last savings money - and they refused to offer a better solution. They claim to put people first, and they are basically throwing me out on the street by taking some of my last savings money to get by. As an American, I am ashamed to write this review.

    Today I met with a BECU member to buy my car. She was pre-approved for a loan from her BECU in Woodinville. She be was told she just needed to walk into any branch to get the loan processed. We walked in at 12:30 and there was quite a line. Linda greeted us and when she found out we were doing a private auto loan she was a bit worried as they were suppose to close in 20 minutes and the process can take up to an hour. She also told us we were supposed to have an appointment. Because the BECU member had driven almost 2 hours Linda and her manager Alex decided to stay late to help us out. This is the definition of AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you UP BECU

    If you travel DO NOT use becu. If you run into any trouble or need assistance it will be a NIGHTMARE getting accurate information or assistance from this bank. Very disappointing service. Left me in a horrible situation due to their repeated mistakes and misinfo.

    I never write reviews but had unacceptable customer service today. I waited for 45 mins while to have a new debit card made (12pm) and one of the women came out and said they were closing immediately for no reason. 2 of the ladies were in there just talking from desk to desk for 20 mins before hand and knew I was out waiting. I was given attitude when I asked for the reason for closing and those 2 co workers that were talking the entire time I was there came up behind her were just standing there whispering to each other staring at me. This is my local branch but I’m not coming back, that’s not how you treat members.
