    I went in to get an address change and a new credit card sent to my new address. The process took a long time anyways and I could tell something was wrong as she needed someone else to come look at my information. After ensuring me my new credit card will go to my new address…it didn’t. After two weeks of waiting I called BECU and they confirmed it was sent to my old address. Not happy at all with that experience and the fact that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get another one sent is not ideal. Update 5/31/2022 - I do have to wait another 2 weeks for my credit card. And by the way the email they tell you to contact in their “candid” response to all these bad reviews…I emailed them and they haven’t replied. Just a way to show they have good customers service when it’s just for show.

    Never had steal money from my account but when it did happen I showed up to BECU In a panic because something like this has never happened to me. They calmed me and reassured that there’s plenty of ways to go about this and got my money back in a week. Had amazing services and ensured my safety. I Appreciate your staff

    I had went here to deposit a larger check than usual because I just received funds from my dead mother and she told me that there is no teller to give me my money and to just go to the atm machine. So me and my grandmother go to the atm machine deposit the check thinking everything would be okay, she told us that we would be able to take out a portion of the money wednesday and the rest would have to wait to process but they have closed my bank account until further notice. Which means I cant use the funds i had in there before hand which just throws off all my bills. Very upset. She did not mention my bank account getting shut down or anything. What is the reason of having a bank if there is never any available tellers? Parking is also terrible.

    Came in with a payroll check. I use one of their affiliate banks. Ended up just setting up a checking account with BECU. Overall was fine but just annoying that the person who helped me didn’t deposit the check that I came in there trying to cash or deposit. Even more annoying if they get some kind of pay incentive for setting up new accounts. I was on my lunch break so I had limited time(not their fault, just annoying) and it caused me to skip lunch that day. Just make sure to dot your I’s and cross your t’s when working with them.

    Amazing service! Great concept of being teller free, love everything about BECU, Credit Unions are the Only way to go! Wish BECU around, I can't believe banks are still in existence! (tons of unnecessary fees, charges,unexpected costs). Only wish l had joined BECU Credit Union a decade ago!

    The customer service lady inside at the desk named "Meeko" was so AMAZING! I came inside with my two kiddos and she helped me calm my 4yr down by giving her paper to color on. Speedy service, respectable workers and a clean and convenient location. Thank you BECU and thank you to the person who hired this nice lady here (: -R.S.-

    If no stars was an option that is what this experience would rate. Never have I received such poor customer service. I went in attempting to check the necessary qualification to receive an auto loan. The bank associate immediately discriminated and made racial accusations. Even suggested that we should try another financial institution., this happened even before credit was checked. I have never been so humiliated. I have always heard that BECU was a great bank to use, but this experience has made me feel otherwise.

    Went in there to ask some questions. I never had such poor customer service by a banker ever. The banker was really rude and had an attitude towards me the whole time. I did not go in there to get horrible service. I will never go back to this location ever again. If I could give a negative five star rating,I would.
