    Incredibly unhelpful and rude staff. We ended up changing our minds about opening an account because of our terrible experience. I'd heard good things about BECU and am disappointed.

    I'm from Oklahoma and I came up to Washington state to help my Sister. Her husband passed unexpectedly away from covid complications. My Sister needed to get all her banking in line since her husband did it all before passing. She was unaware of everything and BECU employees were very helpful in getting her finances corrected and consolidated to two accounts. They never questioned her with a bunch of nonsense questions. They only helped her fix problems. The employees at this location demonstrated love and it was refreshing to see. I left knowing she was in good hands with BECU and they will help her with any future concerns. I definitely recommend this branch for banking👍. Great job BECU!

    The employee and manager can't even look into your account and can't even answer simple questions. If you can't look into our account how can you answer any questions about it? Basic bank knowledge and service was poor.

    Quite possibly the worst bank I have ever done business with. Customer service is horrendous. They take no accountability and put their screw ups on their customers. I’m not one to write reviews, but after SEVERAL issues I feel the need to let future interested parties know what they’re getting themselves into. I will be finding a new bank to do business with.

    I have had a bad experience with BECU. They withdrew funds from my BECU account to deposit into another account, then they said it was a mistake, so now couple months later come back saying my BECU debited and so now couple thousands under. All of this feels like incompetence at best. If it sounds confusing, well, it is. On top I'm getting fees for regular transactions.

    This review is not specific to the branch, but BECU in general. I use to bank with BECU 20 years ago. I still have the accounts. I was considering switching from Chase back to BECU, but my current experience with trying to pay off my loan with BECU convince me otherwise. 1. Long customer service wait time on the phone. 2. I deposited the amount to pay off my loan. It takes 2 business days to clear with Chase. It takes another 5 days to clear BECU. 3. You cannot get a hold of an employee at the local bank via a phone. You must go there. 4. It is a lot of hassle to get access to my own money. 5. It a major hassle to pay off my loan. Every 2 days is additional $20 in interest I have to pay.

    The staff work really hard to ensure a positive experience. After my mother's passing the branch manager worked directly with me to find the error in the tax reporting of one of the accounts that had wrong ever since the account was set up 30 years ago. She kept in constant faith me as she had to pull records from the archives. Overall this branch is the best one that I have ever used!

    I recently open account in BECU. I'm surprised how busy they are and how great they manage to direct customer. They have nice waiting area and line move pretti fast. I was helped every time and I got feeling that every time bank employee had my interest as a priority.

    The staff there are good at what they do and helpful. However, the ones at corporate have no clue and don't seem to care about quality customer service. I find myself frequently having to explain to them how to do their job when dealing with the business and loan department (As an investor I do multiple loans a year) and I find myself lucky to get a return call or email. Unfortunately because they offer such great rates, they are a necessary evil.
