Long wait at this location. Got here at 1:25pm and waited roughly 30min just to remove hold on my zelle account. Please value my time as much as I do for you (for example, I saw one associate leaving the desk for lunch despite of long line and I respect their lunch time). They could have at least acknowledged or informed us it would take some time.

BECU has lost its charm! I had a kiosk suck in my debit card and I went to this location for a replacement. Forty minutes of waiting later I finally got a person to help me. On my last trip there I used the sign in machine but it did not register apparently. The BECU employee extremely softly asked who is next and took the only person who could hear her despite him being the last person to arrive. It takes forever to get help. Mostly though once you are with a representative it is a good experience.

Daniel S. helped me so much. explained everything thouroghly and helped me create a plan of action not only for an account that perfectly suited my current needs but for how to effectively and efficiently increase my credit score. I am exited and feeling very good and trusting of being a becu client and finally feeling comfortable after 4years having a bank account. Credit unions are the way to go! Specifically this one!! I am very pleased with his customer service and had a great experience. Came in sceptical and left smiling and satisfied, certain I made a great decision that will move my life and finances in the right direction. Thank you Daniel S for the great experience!

Trash workers. Signed in an got skipped by 5 people who go there after me. Don’t go here the staff really dont want to help people

In spite of some long wait times and feeling crowded sometimes, 5 stars due to the folks working here. Every single person is kind and helpful on each visit, always answered questions I had on any subject.

BECU keeps their mojo no matter what others here say. The staff at this branch is great; they work as a team and get fast and great responses. I love BECU

It's a hit and miss with the waiting period and with the line but the staff and service are really great given that i go to replace yet another debit card (not that anyone is counting)
