Prices were reasonable. Clearly communicated expectations. Simple check in and check out process. Place was clean and had cooking essentials. On the main road but you wouldn’t have guessed with how quiet it was. Very understanding with late checkout needs. Would definitely use again in the future.

We booked a stay at the Shutterbug home, it was a very nice home and very quite. it was a great house to go and just find some time to go walk the beach and if you wanted to go to town it was a very short drive. Working the staff when something came up was easy and they are very helpful, it was a joy to work with them. I even stopped by the office and they are just as friendly in person. I would recommend staying there.

This place is amazing. So many different homes to choose from. Why stay in a boring motel or expensive hotel when you can enjoy that comfy feeling home by the beach? Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

Gave us a full refund when we finally, unfortunately cancelled our trip for this summer and were very understanding about it. Brian and Barb are both very kind, friendly, and professional. We will absolutely remember this and stay with them on our next trip.

Booking a reservation with Beachcomber Vacation Homes was very easy! The website had lots of beautiful homes to choose from. The staff at Beachcomber made our stay very special and exceed all of our expectations with friendly customer service and attention to detail we never expected. We look forward to staying again soon and this time we will bring our new dog along for a week of fun at the beach!

I’m sure most homes managed by this company are great, however if you see a property called “the barn” stay away! It’s marketed as having a rustic charm. Unfortunately it is just rustic...without charm. Basically a DIY remodeling project that is rented out. Bed frames are made of 2x4 lumber and not real bed frames. The shower is something you’d find in a cheap campground. Spiders and webs are everywhere and most surfaces are covered in dust. Worst of all the price is similar to a normal house that’s finished inside. We called and tried to move to a different location but there was no availability and the staff sounded surprised we didn’t like it. The only positive is the location.

These guys were very reasonably priced for what we got. Everything was extremely clean and the house was EXACTLY as pictured. It was a little outside of town so we had plenty of privacy, but also close enough that it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. My wife and I had the best anniversary we could imagine and it was all because of our wonderful rental!

We stayed at Haystock North for a family reunion and the view is Breathtaking!! We walked the beach, enjoyed great seafood and loved walking around the charming town.The Beachcomber staff is great and even left us a gift bag with coffee from a local coffee company. We also really like the new KEYLESS ACCESS:) as we didn't have to stop by the office, stand in line and get a house key....we went straight to the house! Will stay here again.
