BCU Alamo Downs Pkwy, San Antonio

This bank is trash. The only good thing is I get paid early and they can’t even get that right. They deny every loan/ card application I submit, no ATMs to deposit cash and customer service is a joke. I’m definitely pulling.

This bank is not it, had a transaction done through apple for a merchant. And they’ll believe the “grenedot bank” over me who has proof of a time stamp of a second transaction gone through for the same exact amount at the same time! Going back to chase !

Only thing good about this credit union is getting paid early. Other than that, the workers are rude and incompetent. The reps I spoke with acted as if I was bothering them and they didn’t want to be there. There’s an unauthorized charge on my debit card and in order for them to fix the issue, they have to shut the card down. Well that’s an inconvenience due to me being out of town. I stated I’ll call back on Monday. I was then told any other unauthorized charges, I could be responsible for.. How sway!? As soon as this is taking care of, I will be closing all accounts with them. Horrible nonchalant workers at its finest!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This bank is no different thank any other online bank. They keep having “outages” or GLITCHES but they avoid using that word. They do not inform you that they are having issues- and do not inform you after the fact! I’ve had 3 transactions that were screwed up because of this “outage”, & now I have to go through a whole dispute process taking anywhere from 10 to 90 days. I’m afraid to even use my debit card at all at this point but this is the only account I have with direct deposit. As soon as these transactions are credited back to my account- IF THEY ARE AT ALL! I am closing the account. Makes sure you read all reviews before opening an account with BCU and enter at your own risk

customer service is horrible.. no ownership what so ever & they transfer, transfer and transfer away, did i mention, they transfer you yet again for resolution, or lack of!! atrocious BCU, worst mistake ever coming to this credit union!! all is great until you have a problem, thats cuz I switched over from Ally, to BCU with 2 auto loans & 2 credit cards & savings!!! 20+ calls in the last 2 months and yet problem keeps getting worse!!

This is a bum as bank. They lie about rushing your card to you. Don’t call on a Saturday because the automated system says it will call back in 2hours. Had to call the loan dept. To reach someone to tell me they are closed on the weekend. So they are not calling back in 2hours.

I had a few issues with my BCU but after their quick response to my review they are definitely up three stars in my book. Thank you so much for your quick response.

I Love Bcu!!! I Thank Miriam For Always Being Helpful!! I Love How I Can Go To The ATM At Cvs And Not Get A Fee.. I Live Banking At Bcu. I Have Had No Issues. I Even Refinanced My New Car With Bcu. I Love Bcu!!!
