Fee's gaylor. Every time you try to do something they bag you with a fee. I tried to refinance just to get away from them and my local bank i do all my business with told me they're a nightmare to deal with and are very rude to them while trying to request the information. So they chose to walk away from the situation. If i could give them negative stars i would.

They are charging late fee during covid 19. I mailed my payment before the due date and even though usps is busy. They still want their late fees.

since one year ago ,a deplorable guy call me making complain about my late payments ,according to the first policies am supposedly to pay 10 dollars if i go 10 days late after the due date, since this psichotic call ,am receiving letters of 70 Dollars late fee even if is not over the due date.

Putting extra money down on my loan so I was months ahead of my payments and they charged me late payments for missing a month that was already paid. Also still charging all interest on the loan if paid off early. Doesn't make any sense.
