This branch is awesome!! They are always friendly and listen to whatever I need. They always answer my questions unlike other banks. Always have a clean environment. Last time I went there there was a guy teller he had such a good customer service. He was such a friendly funny guy and he definitely just made my day. I love seeing customer service like that especially in places like banks where you might have a bad mood but the person in front of you just makes everything better. Definitely 5 stars

I had a great experience here. The associate Nikul was extremely friendly in helping us open an account and was very detailed in explaining everything. Happy to do business here with a friendly staff.

I inquired about an IRA with the guy in the back left office and he told me to go to another branch. Does he not know how to do an IRA? Such horrible customer service and I would never come back to a bank like this if this is how they treat their customers.

Bad customer service, unsafe place to come to since they don’t wear masks. Only came to use their coin machine.

The people that work here are very friendly and they offered me coffee. They even offered to help me with my coins and that it has NO FEES at all. I will be coming here instead of using the coin star machines.
