You usually get acknowledged when you walk in to a pawn shop and they usually ask if you need something from the back shelf or glass counter.... nope not here I was the only person left in the store waiting for somebody to ask me if I need help. Employee walk by sees me then turns around come back from the back roomthen another employee comes out sees me don't say. Nothing... I casually walk out and tell them thank you they replied with thank you come again 🤣

Service is the worst here. I came here to retrieve the items I used for a loan. After a hour long wait while the staff tried to "find" my items, I was told that they couldn't find them. If you intend on getting back your items after getting a loan, do not use this pawn shop. The staff will loose and damage your belongings.

They purchased a ring from a thief for $225 and had to return it to my mother after the police found it. The ring had previously been appraised for $15k and I'm pretty sure the pawn shop knew that when they low-balled the thief. Just like I'm pretty sure they knew that ring was stolen. The owner is an arrogant redneck that gets rich off the victims, the poor and the criminals. As another reviewer said, the store seems filled with bad vibes and dankness.

My 3ds console and games were stolen and sold to this location a year ago. There was a mass break in at my apartments and it looks like a lot of the stuff was sold here. The police are incompetent and gave up twice on an easy case. Not gonna look for the console because someone bought it from here. But I see another review below that says if its a gun, the police will get it. So much for everyone getting equal treatment. Anyway, apparently they changed owners and can't find the record of the purchase. Go figure, right? So don't shop here, you'll buy stolen overpriced goods. And don't live anywhere close to this shop, the area is crime central, along with most of harris county.

Buy merchandise at your own risk. I am a valued customer. I have repeatedly purchased equipment and other items from this establishment. Two out of three times I had to bring it back because it does not work. For an in-store credit. Not only is it a waste of my time but also a waste of my money. The last time was a printer that did not print. I was convinced that it did not work after buying new ink that cost an additional $60 (printer cost $80) for a total of $140! When all they had to do was TEST the item BEFORE it is sold to an unsuspecting customer. I am done dealing with incompetent people that gives pawn shops a bad name. Furthermore, I just noticed all the BAD REVIEWS. If after reading the reviews, you still do business with this pawn shop, then you deserve the headache & frustration that is coming to you. And, it won't be FREE!

The worse experience EVER!!! The staff here need to be educated more on customer service skills and just how to interact with the public PERIOD!!! My 1st and last time visiting this store was earlier this week when I was referred to this location by their sister location. The gentleman was older and he had a head full of white/gray hair. I didn’t have an opportunity to get his name b/c I was too busy trying to get out of that place and leave all that bad energy and tainted spirits there. I bought some items in to sell and another customer walked by and complimented me on some items. That apparently angered the gray haired gentleman because he yelled at both of us, as if he was speaking to animals or someone or somethings inhumane, either way he didn’t want us interacting with one another. So not only was he rude but he also attempted to deprive us from our freedom of speech. I immediately grabbed my things and exited the building after I told him how rude he was and proceeded by advising him to never in his life use that tone with me again. I would not recommend this location at all. It’s not a friendly and welcoming environment.

They are the Best of the Best Great Customer Service and Always have Get great prices.

Don't never come here. Worst pawn shop ever. All the employees are Hispanic and they all stick together. They will steal your property and say you was past due. They add money to your pawn if you give them a good review with they are crooks . They have no consideration for the crisis at hand. Don't PAWN ANYTHING HERE.. RUN...RUN...RUN FAR AWAY! DON'T LOOK BACK💯.

Great to do business with . When I need a loan I don’t hesitate to go to them. Quite pleased with them.
