Great place of business and I highly recommend Barstow Pawn Shop. Great prices either pawning or selling.

Good attitude, very helpful and overall nice people.

I love how theses guys work with the customers but I did have one complaint that has yet to be resolved, I have noticed that the interest rates set by the state are not being upheld if you pawn an item under 30$ the interest should be 6$ but this place charged 9- 12$ also if your item can fit in a1 cubic foot space they aren't supposed to charge a storage fee but they do charge an extra $5 either way. I have been trying to reach the owner however he's never there and when I told the workers they act as if they don't understand what I'm saying although the rates are clearly posted on the tickets and signage inside the store.

No stars would be better! Their phone number is either a constant busy signal or just rings and rings, during business hours too! I called to ask if they will take in my car speakers and after no answer i decided to drive there, the sign says open but the doors are locked. I've been waiting about 30 mins thinking maybe they went to lunch but no one is here! at least put up a sign or something i just wasted my afternoon waiting on y'all. terrible service (or lack there of anyway)

They're barely open although when they the customer service is great however, it makes you wanna search for another pawn shop because you never if they have went out of business or not. Just very bad business practices. I just want all my stuff and i know i won't be goong back there. To be open maybe 3x a week is no good

Just got here to pick up my jewelery. Theres is a sign that says as of today your not open on Saturday. Please update your Google account. Also i dont want any issues in regards to my jewelery. I like this place all the guys are cool and i always hook me up.

Good service and good employees. The guys will try to work with you if possible. The interest on a loan is better than most pawn shops and their tickets and done quickly. In and out in under 7 minutes.

I always get a good deal from here if I'm pawning or just buying. Great staff and fast service. I don't feel r*ped when I do business here and that's always a pleasure.

These so called business owners, sold me a broken cd/dvd player and then refused to refund my money back!! They say that it was tested but how can you test it when it had no wire harness for it. The owner even agreed that it was broken!!!! If I was the owner I would be embarrassed.
