I switched my personal and business banking here and I’m thrilled I did. David Powers and the rest of the staff have been great to work with and really made me feel like I was their only client. They are great to work with and are always friendly.

Closed my account without letting me know or asking for permission, was left without a debit card for two weeks. (Not in area at the moment) But That wasn't even the biggest issue, I called about a dispute I put in two months prior and it hadn't been submitted... Friendly customer service, but actual banking you need to triple check everything in case theres an issue. (Especially if there is a dispute or fraud charge.)

The place and staff are nice. Easy to work with. Unfortunate their online banking is awful!!! You can never see a current balance after depositing money. I put in 3 mobile deposits on Friday morning. I have yet to see any transaction on Monday.

They were unable to provide the loan I was seeking, but took the time to explain the market and point me in the right direction. Courteous and helpful

Worst bank ever - Cannot get hold of them over phone, do not have easy way to access your account online. Trying to reach to them over the phone ( was # 53 in line) waited 30 mins. Someone answered and asked to leave a message i said no i would rather talk to the agent to get my issue resolved then she put me back in the queue ( #68 this time). Not acceptable

Local resident. Considering moving an account here, and needed change for a $20. Got $20 out of their cash station in lobby and was told No they would not make change for a $20 for me. Guess they will also not be getting my new account.

I 've banked here for over 15 years & I have no desire to go anywhere else. The people couldn't be nicer & they're always willing to go the extra for the customer...no matter the size of your account

Staff is nice. They have reasonable fees. Business banking is a little more cumbersome than working with Chase.
