Alex Barrett at Barrett Auto Center has assisted me on numerous occasions with my vehicle(s). He is professional and has answered all my questions thoroughly every time. I never leave uneducated about what is going on with my vehicle(s). He expresses concern and empathy when he communicates with his customers. Alex respects you as if you were family when you walk in the door. 10/10!!!

Been dealing with Chris and Scott for several years and have had nothing but great results and it don't take all day to deal on a vehicle. Would recommend to anyone to go buy from Barrett Auto. If they don't have what you're looking for they will try to find it for you.

If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. I have gone through Chris with my last 2 vehicle purchases and he is AMAZING. He isn’t pushy at all. Chris goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and is VERY easy to work with. He gives you all the information you need when buying a vehicle and you won’t leave asking questions because he answers them before you ask. He is there to help. Has to be the worst service department anywhere. Had issues before but decided to give them another chance. Take my 01 ram in for AC work. Didnt hear from them. Called the next day and they inform me they can't find a exhaust rattle. I'd hope not, it's new. Didnt offer to get it bumped up to get problem fixed. Just lame excuses. Giving them 1 star was to high of a rating

Wow!! Scott and his team are excellent they got my daughters vehicle in for service with no notice and had it fixed in under an hour! If they couldn’t do enough for us they delivered 2 vehicles to Des Moines for us! Great people! Would use them for all my business!!!!

A million stars!! I live out of state and needed to get my moms older model car in for brakes. I called and told them the situation, they went OUT of their way to help get her car to their shop. They provided a trustworthy quote and performed the work all in one day. The service staff, sales and management staff were WONDERFUL to deal with. I am so thankful we have an automotive repair shop for my moms car, that we can genuinely trust. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Much love from Colorado!!

One of the best auto service to deal with Buying a car is no presume with a purchase. They let you know that they want you to purchase a vehicle but if you can't afford or like what they have they will work with you and try to find you the right vehicle.

When your brakes go out in your treasured truck, you are 72 years old and a little old lady you need help fast... when that help comes with smiles, compassion and honesty it is beyond a blessing.
