I ran into one of the officers from here one day while at lunch a bunch of years ago right at the time I was frustrated with Chase. I stopped in checked them out and moved over. It has been the best decision in my banking career. I have three accounts there now and they are mindful of my success and have protected me from my own mistakes more than once. The branch manager Kelly Johnson is excellent in every way. The people working with her take her lead and are always on the ball.

Needs to be open on Saturdays not everyone can make it before 530

I my car broke down and some nice people pushed me into bank of utah's parking lot. I came back 2 hours with a new battery to find my car had been towed. I talked to the manager who was apologetic and said she had it towed because it looked abandoned. (it doesn't look like a old car) She tried to get the towing fee waved. She talked to the towing company who said they would waive all but the towing fee $121. I was distraught but left to go get the car. When I got to the towing lot they said it had already been paid for. So maybe the bank called the towing company back after we left.
