Bank of the West Sw Nyberg St, Tualatin

The teller is very nice. It's the ones in charge. It is very annoying that the drive through is often closed. Sometimes they even close during the lunch hours. I dislike this bank. Don't bank here.

I want to give this bank more stars, but they are continuously under staffed. If you have a HELOC with them be sure to follow up that they close it otherwise you will be stuck with fees and an open account even if you don't own the property anymore. They also have few branches and are not open on Saturday so be expected to come during only business hours and allot an hour minimum for in person assistance. I would recommend calling in advance because if they are short handed they will close the office and only do transactions from the delivery window.

Everyone at this bank is super awesome and friendly. The manager is very sweet and helpful.

The people at this branch are singularly unpleasant. I go here twice a month to withdraw a wired paycheck and always get the feeling that I am inconveniencing them. It's like a very unfunny episode of The Office. I think the problem is the Branch Manager, who is particularly grumpy. I get MUCH more cheerful service from my mechanic. If you can, try another branch.

Always have been pleasant to work with and have gone out of their way to help with my mother's estate and transition to ownership of the family business

Closed my sons acct and never told him anything about closing...
