Bank of the West Aviation Blvd, Redondo Beach

Unfriendly staff and bank Closes whenever it pretty much feels like ir. I was thinking of opening an account here because it's a convenient location near my home, but after accompanying a friend who banks here and seeing first hand their ad-hoc hours -- FORGET IT.

We love this branch and have been there for 15 years. The tellers always call us by name and are accommodating when we need additional assistance.

I had a terrible experience, mainly with Edwin Vanegas, who appeared like he did not want to help me open up a business account. His opening comments sought to discourage me from opening an account instead of inviting me too. I have never had an experience like this.

All Bank of the West are closed. All locations are temporary closed. When do you open? All locations do not mention when they will open again. BK soon,?...

This bank closes whenever it feels like it. Very unreliable.

I had terrible service miguel Gonzalez needs to take classes for customer service..

ATM machine is super ancient. We really shouldn’t have to use envelopes to deposit cash. Its been hours since I deposited and my funds are not available in my card. Other Bank of the West branches you can deposit cash with no envelope and funds are available within minutes. Super sketchy looking place too.

I tried to chash my paycheck but the lady refused to do it since I don't have BW account even I mentioned that I cash other checks previously....she was discriminatory and profiling on me...this happend saturday 02/16/18.......worst service....

I love bank of the west ,small and very friendly, very helpful and the people that work there always smile, fast service ,I wouldn't change banks for nothing.
