Bank of the West Colima Rd, Rowland Heights

This is the bank that I often come to. It's on the side of the main road, and the transportation is convenient. There are also supermarkets and many shops in this large square. Every time you come to buy things, it is very convenient to store money. This bank has a good service attitude, cleanliness, and a quiet environment. The layout of the hall is comfortable, and the interior light is not very bright.

I would love to share my experience, specially the service of a consultant who’s working there, his name Is Kurtis, So professional and he make me change my mind about Bank of the west, honestly. So from here, I want to thank you Kurtis for your wonderful service 🙏😊

There is a reason why some bank clerks work here. Because they cannot get a job in other bigger banks. The relationship bankers here are not about relationships but getting by day to day routines. People at the counter does not have any manner speaking with clients. They may dress nice, but deep down they do not have the mentality to serve. Banking is a service industry not financial industry and they are a proof of being incapable to serve for their clients' best interest.

I will never do business here! I went in to buy a couple rolls of quarters and the teller very rudely asked if I had an account there, and told me that they only give change to current customers. I replied that if I did need a bank account in the future I would never go to bank of the west. All other banks will gladly give you change no matter if you are a member or not- just as a courtesy. Bank of the West doesn't share that same philosophy and they don't care. In addition, they are racist toward anyone not of Asian descent, like many businesses in Rowland Heights. I recommend going to a large American based bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Those banks treat everyone equally and respectfully.

I have been banking at this branch for many years. They have always provided top notch, competant, and friendly service. I would highly recommend banking here for anyone!

I will never do banking in bank of west, after I close my checking account, the bank of west continue ACH from my other bank, and I got no answer from the bank rep or online customer support. Terrible experience.
