Bank of the West S Noland Rd, Independence

At this point, it is silly to close your business because of covid, however I found that although they don't want customers coming to the branch there is an online scheduler. Of course somehow every appointment for the next four weeks is booked? How does that even make sense? I need three accounts for my business. I need branches in Missouri, New Mexico, and Nevada. Bank of the West has them where I need them, but if they never want to see customers... not sure how the expect us to open accounts.

The manager at the Independence location is very rude. I will be switching banks asap.

The staff is really friendly and really knowledgable. They also aren't pushy like other banks. They never try to sell me anything they don't think would benefit me in addition to being able to help me with any of my financial concerns.

Bank of the west is my go to bank for my personal and business dealings I am very impressed with their customer service and how they treat you.

So far, so good. I opened a simple checking account and the lady took her time, explained things thoroughly, and was helpful and friendly.

Excellent Customer service, a real joy.

Your branch on Noland is unbelievably slow.
