Not polite, not professional, not appreciating their long time customers. Do not know what they doing and how to help customer. Dany was extremely rude, saying to me “I trying to teach you respect”, is it a joke? Hope someday customer relationship manager can look at reviews at all branches and do something. Very uneducated people

I'm going 5 stars even though they have flaws. On one hand, they don't offer the mindless ease my former bank did. Citi Bank gave me little in way of help be but lots of simplicity. And if you are 13, that's fine. I'm not and I have both my corp and my personal with them. When I have adult, real world banking issues I call my guy Edwin in the Redondo branch and he works through them with me. They are lucky to have him and are smart to offer him the latitude.

Worst bank to bank with. They are rude and don't even work with you and charge your account off without any notice. Culver city branch expect a lawsuit and a report to the better business Bureau for your actions. I paid my negative balance before it even went to collections and you still charged it off you unprofessionals. I will make sure all bank tellers lose their jobs and be replaced by robots at least they know how to treat humans with respect.

This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I have Have a bad experience At this branch. They took 45 minutes to cash a check and on top of that the gentlemen that was my clerk Didn't have any idea what he was doing A supervisor came over to help her when she did it took another 25 minutes for there to do so. The gentleman had the count the money to times and I still didn't get it right and she began to count the money and had a attitude about it. I then asked for two Envelopes And the supervisor was pushy and gave me attitude and doing so.

The experiences with the bank tellers for me have been ackward. They have been a bit weird about me withdrawing my own money, as if it belongs to them, not me. Last time I went to withdraw my money they kept asking like 3 times if i was closing my account and I kept saying no.. I only have come here because its the closest one to me.

Not sure what all the negative reviews here are all about.. I opened a new checking account at this branch and the stlaff were extremely helpful and efficient. It was very personalized and I didn't feel rushed. They really went the extra mile to explain all the services and options.

The new location is a mess. The address is on National, but the bank is on Washington and you must now pay to park there. If the lot is full because it is an industrial space, enjoy the long walk. The branch is so small, there are no safe-deposit boxes. If you want a box, you must use an entirely different branch miles away. There are no deposit slips or withdrawal slips, so basically while there are still people there, it is little more than an ATM, an ATM you must wait in line for.

Worst bank ever 2 tellers woman and man just talking and not paying attention to the customer I was trying to opening an account and they just ignoring you.!! Waited 30 mins and nothing

Every time I go to this branch is closed, not sure what is going on, I asked the security guard and he said he has no idea why is been closed.🤷♂️
