Bank of the West Ne Town Center Dr, Beaverton

Another bank I tried always seemed to have some technical issues and couldn't provide me with banking needs. I then found Bank Of The West and they are AMAZING. I have always been treated professionally and kindly. When I'm the one at the counter or in drive-thru they are always focused on me and it's like this for the other customers I see. Excellent business practices and customer service.

Worst experience I have had with a bank. Pulled every last cent out after I waited two hours in their seat for my funds to “clear” when it was only $180! Pathetic. Wells Fargo at least will try to act professional, these guys are straight up delinquents.

Worst Bank ever!!!! Do not do buiness with them. They add fees to additional payments, hang up on you when you ask questions after waiting 20 mins on the phone to speak to someone. HORRIBLE! I pulled all my money out asap.

I am blown away with the personal approach this branch takes towards their customers. I opened an account with Christopher and he walked me though the hold process. After finishing all the paperwork he took me around the bank showing me around. The VP of the bank even walked up and introduced himself giving me his card. Coming from a "BIG" bank this was all new to me. Everyone was really friendly and I did not once see a line. I can not give a full review of Bank of the West but this is a review of the Bank of the West Tanasbourne Branch.

Said they couldn’t cash my check, took to another bank of the west and had no problems. Always experience and issue when using this branch. 0 stars would be more fitting

Worst Customer service EVER! I actually cannot believe the manner in which they interact with customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Get all your money out ASAP.. Business practices unethical.
