Bank of the West Central Ave, Mayer

I met with Jetta who helped me get a credit card. I had previously met with her, and she opened a checking account for me.

Had a account there,account there, Needed proof that my POA Had not stopped my SSI deposits and was indeed spending the money On herself while I incarcerated . I got 2 copy of checks she cashed,and was told that if I wanted more, it was 10.00 ACheck. No way to cover that locked up,even tried telling them.that SS would force me to pay it back if the Sheriff's offices did not file a case in court against her. Needless to say it was quite the shock when released, I would have to survive on less than 500.00 per month no snap card. I felt like I was robbed again and the bank helped this time. Not my friendly bank.

Third time temporarily closing within less than a year. Major inconvenience for business owners like myself, am thinking of switching banks.

I really didn't like the fact that the bank could not give me hundred dollar bills and they seem to be unfriendly I tried to open an account once there and the follow-up was not very good but it is a HomeTown place

Very friendly, and customer service orientated. Have been very happy with overall services, for many years.
