Bank of the West MO, Lee's Summit

Samantha & Lori are so wonderful! They're full of information and also patient with people like me who need multiple explanations to understand money. 😆 I know they've had a tough time with staffing the past couple of years, like so many businesses, but they have consistently worked hard to give the best service possible.

I just relocated to Missouri and you may know moving involves a lot of jumping through frustrating hoops. Lori at my branch has gone above and beyond to make my experience better. She is the "service with a smile " example.

I absolutely love this branch! Everytime I come in they greet me immediately and are always so positive. They take the time to listen to what I have going on in my life and offer advice on all their amazing services to help me get through some difficult times. I had an issue with my account due to a company drafting funds that I disabled and they fixed it that day. They truly go above and beyond for the customers.

Please update your drive through hours. It shows your location drive through is opened till 5 but I arrived at 4:15 and all windows were closed.

This branch is my go to for all of my business and personal needs and they've never let me down. My cards were actually stolen in vegas once and Lori did all that she could to help me.

I have continued to have nothing but problems with this bank even after I've closed my account. Horrible communication and customer service. Customer service mostly from the main branch customer service department. I dealt with the nightmare of having a purse stolen and they were less than reassuring and not very helpful on the steps I could take to protect myself after having checks and debit cards stolen. I WOULD not recommend them to friends.

So you charge me a stupid fee but tell me it will be removed when I call the branch. However, you don't actually remove the fee, and when I call ask why, you tell me you changed your mind but couldn't find my "information" to tell me, which allowed you to then charge me additional fees because I didn't pay the fee you told me would be refunded. Really? So glad I don't bank with you anymore. Hope you go out of business.

They are super friendly! Probably because they are open only 30 hours a week!
