    These tellers are RUDE. If I am in the branch to conduct one transaction, at what point is it appropriate to inquire about other transactions in other accounts? Between that, and the general lack of discretion, it will serve you best to patronize another institution with your funds. Besides, BOTW just bought out by a bigger Canadian bank, so best to do it now anyway.

    The customer service I get here is seriously the reason I stay here. I go out of my way to come here for the way I get treated! This bank has helped me many times and have gone out of there way to help me! Especially Chris. I'll keep going to this bank because of the staff that works in this location!

    Upset teller complaining about co-workers and having to deal with customers while I stood at the counter. How awkward! I felt really bad for his two co-workers who just kept on working quietly while he ranted on and on and on. A professional attitude would be appreciated.

    This bank is horrible. Your better off hiding your money in a safe at home. Everytime I call customer service the automated service says "sorry longer on hold wait times". This bank is Awful. 47 min 53 seconds. Tonight and all of a sudden the phone hung up. This bank is poorly staffed and the customers pay for the incompetency. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

    Like Caitlyn Barone, I'm amazed that this bank is given such poor ratings. I'm a local & have been banking there for 13 years and have never received anything less than professional, friendly, efficient, service at all levels, be it making a deposit, or discussing a loan. There have been occasions in this period when there's been a line and I haven't made it to the counter immediately on entering the bank, but I've always been served as soon as is reasonably possible, and it's very seldom that there are any more than 1 or 2 people ahead of me. I should say that I do most of my banking electronically, so I don't go in to the bank more than possibly 4 times a year, so I'm by no means on first name terms with all the staff, so my perception of the level of service is not warped by my receiving preferential treatment based on my relationships with the staff there. My wife and I were in just this afternoon to deposit a check, made out to both of us... but we have separate accounts. We were given a clear and detailed description of how the check would be processed, and a list of options we had for dividing the proceeds between our respective accounts once the check is cleared, together with the exact dates we can expect the funds to clear. What more could anyone want in terms of service? On a philosophical level I'm pleased not to be banking with one of the mega, too big-to-fail banks, whose look-out is to their shareholders and NOT to their customers. I like to think that my experience with Bank of the West is that first and foremost it cares about me as a customer.

    I work for a local title agency and called this location late in the afternoon the day before a rush closing looking for assistance in getting a payoff quote . Nancy Boldisar & Carlos Ramos went above and beyond to assist their borrower and myself in getting what we needed as soon as possible. My experience has been that most banks will not work as quickly as the two of them did to assist with matters like this and I have never seen anyone be so vigilant about helping their client . I cant thank either of them enough for their hard work !

    I have given multiple chances for them to adhere by their own promotion rules. I didnt even use my card and there are MULTIPLE OVERDRAFT FEES when the promotion was I only had to keep 5 cents in there come to find out my account was closed too.... I stopped using you as my business bank and will now stop using you as a personal bank. Youll also be hearing from my lawyer on all the money you owe and credit damage. Also i never recieved one phone call or e statement in my email since well I signed up for electronic delivery.

    Honestly I'm not sure why this branch has received such a poor rating. I moved here two years ago and have been banking at this same branch in south Denver ever since. I can't say I've ever been treated poorly or with disrespect. I believe these other reviews are very one-sided and don't objectively show what may have happened in each individual's visit. I have received great service on each occasion and even if I had to wait maybe 10 minutes before I got to a teller, they thanked me for waiting or apologized. I will continue to go here as long as I live in the area.

    I've been going to this branch since before it was Bank of the West and I've always received amazing service. Short lines, ample parking, easy access, and they always have coffee and candy for customers ☺️. I don't love the new camera only drive-through system but I've gotten used to it. The employees are top notch in my opinion.

    My best advice to tellers"2"! Do not initiate a conversation to anyone like they are a child especially when you're half their age! Management moved in really fast and took control of the situation. A few minutes later we went back to the teller with the manager standing right behind him and still continued to act like a child with body gestures and sounds made of discontent. No one should ever be bullied or dehumanized over a suggestion like these tellers did to me!
