Bank of the San Juans Amherst Ave, Pueblo

I get so frustrated at this bank! I always have to wait! Everyone who normally works here is rude and slow. I always feel like they do not know what they are doing!! Today I have been drive thru for 20 minutes and I will another 30 to be served!

I seldomly come in and the workers always know my name. They are very helpful especially people new to filling out deposit and withdraw slips. They also have a Keurig coffee machine too lol. They pretty much take anyone needing a banking account as long as you have $5 to open your checking account. Love them.

Customer service isn't the best. Walk in on crutches and one worker is helping with drive through customers and another is counting change. I'm told to have a seat it's going to be a while. In my opinion if a customer enters your establishment they should get service.

I have been banking here for several years and I have always been very happy with their prompt and friendly service. Always a good experience. 👍

I love my bank. The girls downtown can be hit or miss sometimes on their attitude, but this one and Pwest seem to know what their doing. Small town bank. I'm fine without the perks of Wells Fargo, bc I get treated with dignity at my bank.

You guys need to figure something out waiting in lines for 45 mins to deposit is ridiculous.
