Not excellent but EXCEPTIONAL. This is a sample of the letter I sent to the bank branch (and regional) managemers regarding my service: Greetings! It was great speaking with you this morning. However, I could not allow the week begin without informing you of such recent experience at your Bank of Texas Branch. Ms. XXAnoymousXX was magnificent! I entered the Richardson, Texas bank branch around 15-20 minutes before closing on this past Saturday. She opened my new account in less than 10 minutes. It was hassle-free and Ms. XXAnonymousXX made me feel as though I was already a Bank of Texas family member prior to starting my application! Her friendliness and professionalism confirmed my thoughts that this was the banking institution for ME! Kudos to your management/training staff. You have invested in a well-developed customer service expert, very comprehensive employee! I'm definitely referring my family members, colleagues, professional network just to name a few. I believe, my employer, XXXXXXXXXXXX could benefit from such a great company. Please feel free to take advantage of our Employee Discount Program vendor application and mention my name. After a thorough research, I could not locate the name of Bank of Texas’s regional manager as I believe they should witness such superior staff your bank branch embraces. Small town feel with a very responsive team. Tom, Tony,Tomasa, Jesus...terrific at their jobs and with our money!

Rude, snotty, put a hold on my account every pay check. Had to wait five days before release of funds whenever I deposited a check no matter what the amount was even when I had more money in the account than the value of the check. Also if you read the review below from "BrightEyes", you will notice they mention a branch in Richardson, TX. this branch on this map in my review is for the actual branch in University Park, TX.

I love going there. Everybody is supernice, but Brittney Love is a treasure.
