Bank of Texas N Central Expy, Mckinney

Everyone here is friendly, that's not a problem. I use the ATM about once a week and it's broke way to often. Same thing happened today, I had to back track to the Allen branch to make a deposit. A week ago, it was broke and it took me about 10 minutes of pushing buttons before it would give me my card back. B of A has 4 ATM'S, no big deal if one isn't working. I don't see me staying here much longer.

It makes sense that when I send a wire transfer from my bank that I would be charged something but when I receive one and I am charged $15 that makes no sense. Absolutely disappointed in Bank of Texas Mckinney for charging me for an incoming wire transfer. The bank contacted me and asked if they could resolve the issue. They gave me a phone number to call, after calling they transferred me but I only heard elevator music for ten minutes. They take your money, they don’t pay you any interest, they use the money to earn interest, and charge us for it????? “-:;,’n

I'm ALWAYS treated like I'm a "VIP" at my bank! Everyone is so very friendly & very willing/happy to help me. I'm so-o-o-o very happy that I chose Bank of Texas when I moved into the Dallas area.

Jeff helped my brother and I set up our first debit card checking accounts and he provided amazing customer service! He was very personable and patient and made the process fun and easy. He deserves a raise!

The customer service is amazing! Doing mortgages with the mortgage department has been incredible! This is a smaller bank and they treat people like people!

Everytime I choose this location for banking service there is always a problem. Their have been times where I have sat for 45 mins waiting for “approval” to cash a check just for them to turn me away. Some of my coworkers have had the same problem at this location. The staff there have always been dismissive with me and others, they refuse to help or even at times give answers. I usually drive 30 mins out of my way to the Richardson location just to avoid this location. The Richardson location is always helpful and resourceful. This is just my experience.

The Bank of Texas staff were very helpful. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience. I will recommend you all to anyone, you have my referral.
