Worst bank in Oklahoma. If you have a job good luck accessing your money. Every 6 months they shorten the hours and days they are open. Then they will tell you to drive across town to the one location the have that's open past 4pm or on Saturdays. Absolute trash.

This is a really good bank 🏦 I’ve had a great banking experience with them thus far. I created my accounts (4) with them at the beginning of the year. The interior is very clean and quaint, customer service is stellar! I am always in/out without long waiting periods.

Went to the branch office to order some Euro's. All staff were friendly, were able to answer my questions and very helpful.

I have banked at Bank of Oklahoma since 1970s. They have always treated me with complete courtesy and with respect, no matter how much or how little I had on deposit. They are a great organization, and the staff is very professional and friendly. If you were looking for someplace to deposit your money or someplace to make a loan, this is a great place to go.

BOK has many options and they even include one for those who have a negative banking history. Their customer service is phenomenal! They always remember my name at the three branches I frequent and they always seem happy to see me. Just a great bank!

I've been with Bank of Oklahoma for a year now and it's the easiest and most friendly bank I've had in Oklahoma. The Rockwell location is my favorite. There are no lines, no deposit slips to fill out. Actual humans deal with you, not a machine. The humans are very nice as well. Their online services are very good and comparable to any big bank, but you won't get lost in the paperwork. They'll remember you and treat you fairly. They're also convenient with ATMs and banks spread out all over OK. Give em a try. (no, i'm not a bot or shill)

Worst branch location in metro Oklahoma. The bank manager Natalie is very rude, will not make eye contact with customers (or just me). The teller(s) are very unprofessional laughing and playing like they’re working at a kids play place... the entire time I waited I watched them sort through bags of candy and yap about froyo. The manager only spoke to me once and I felt like we were passing notes back in fourth to communicate when she could have simply stepped away from a desk and purse. Shortly after my visit I went to a different metro location and they handled my situation respectfully and promptly the manager was on the floor he was not hiding in his office... he greeted every customer with “Welcome to Bank of Oklahoma!!” I’m never greeted at the Rockwell location because everyone is too busy playing and judging customers by appearance. I spoke with Gabby at corporate hope they can train Natalie and her crew on how to be on the same page as the other local Bank of Oklahoma’s. Thank you!

I have been with BOK for approximately four years. There has never been one time that the employees (of any branch) have not been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love working with them.
