Bank of Oklahoma E 81st St, Tulsa

Had to go in the lobby to conduct transaction; the staff was quick & professional--I was in & out in no time.

I have been a member of Bank of Oklahoma since the 1970’s. I enjoy visiting each branch in Tulsa Hills and the west Tulsa branch on S33rd W Avenue. I have always been treated with kindness and sensitivity and made to feel genuinely welcome. They’re great at keeping me in mind when there are financial choices available that may be of interest and value to me.

I agree withT. I went in to this branch for what I thought would be a speedy transaction, but instead had to stand in line while the the clerk talked about how her baby was learning to walk. That's nice, but no one really cares. Please do your job, some people are in a hurry and only have a limited amount of time.

BOK is always really helpful and even came out to my car and helped me in when I was cashing my change in. I have never had a bad experience with them in over 7 months. I feel that this bank is very secure, unlike the bank I delt with previous to moving all my accounts to BOK. Feeling secure is a huge deal to me since I have 2 business accounts along with my other accounts.

SPENCER AT 81ST AND GARNET LOCATION OF BOK WAS THE BEST IN HELPING US WITH A CHALLENGING PROBLEM AND HE HELPED SOLVE EVERYTHING QUICKLY.

I had my checking account there for 7 years. Only used it for specific things. Came in to deposit $5,000 today and found out that they closed my checking account. They didn't notify me or talk to me before doing it. Now I forced to find somewhere else and put my business on hold until I can get set up again. Also had a few other issues with my mortgage too. I literally refinance my mortgage to get away from BOK. I would not recommend any BOK to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I went in to deposit my check & had some issues I didn’t even know I wanted to discuss & Amanda came up to me outta the blue just to ask me how I was doing so I told her what was up & she helped me out. Unbelievable service

Signed up for a new account it was a great experience. I worked with Ben on opening up a business account and he did an awesome job.

Was sitting in the drive through for five minutes with nobody else before I was helped and I only had a check to cash and it took another 10 minutes once I sent it through. Disappointed
