After meeting one of the financial officers I was put in contact with Brent and Chastity to see if they could help with my insurance needs which includes several rental properties and various other businesses. They were extremely helpful, saved me lots of money and were honest enough to tell me when what I already had was my best deal.

I have been banking with Bank of Oak Ridge since 2001. The interactive teller machines are convenient and efficient. Derrick and Nicole are always personable, friendly and professional.

On yesterday my son and I walked to the counter and informed the clerk we needed to speak to someone concerning his account. She did not inquire what the issue was and another person was on the counter and neither looked busy, or they had no customers. The two other C\S personnel has someone with them. People passed us by and NO-ONE offered to help us after we were there for 15 minutes!!!! Finally I went back to the Teller counter and just explained our situation, so the teller gave us paperwork to fill out and told us to bring back to the bank later. At home I wondered why didn’t she have us to fill the form out there and just save a trip. I have always used Oak Ridge Bank in Summerfield, they have helped me in the past. We felt like our business was not appreciated so we will take our business elsewhere.

Bank Of Oak Ridge is a great place to bank. Everyone that I have a pleasure of working with have been extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Nicole and Derrick!

Kacey is great at the drive-thru. I miss seeing everyone inside the branch but with things the way they are currently banking with Bank of Oak Ridge is still fairly easy.

BKOR members are always willing to help whatever the issue might be. They always put the customer first and resolve issues in a timely manner. They've helped me with all my banking needs including insurance and investments.

Natalie is a great person to work with. She is always helpful, friendly and always has a smile on her face. She is a great asset to the bank.

An outstanding business partner for my small business. Jeff Finberg, Trisha Pegg and Jason Miller are always there for me and today Casey at the drive thru tele-banking was great!

Bank of Oak ridge goes above and beyond in many ways. My regular tellers (Derek and Nicole) are so helpful and friendly I always look forward to my visits to the branch.
