Bank of Commerce W Commerce, Duncan

I have been with this bank for years. I am not going to pretend the transition of loan officers was the best thing in my case. If I have had you for a total of 5 years w/ only 3 late fees throughout the entire time and the most recent was 2 years ago, my note almost paid off. I asked to see about another car note to add to my existing less than 3k car note and my credit is good mid 600's. Still denied, 5 years of business ruined with that! I will go ahead pay my note off and not use them anymore, loyal customer gone. But then again customer loyalty isnt what a bank goes for anymore. Other then extra fees added for random reasons if you need a starter loan go for them!! 2 stars was just cause at first they were on point and then they slowly declined.
