I have banked with this company for OVER 40 years! Not only do they take care of my money BUT if I needed a loan they would be there in a moments notice! They smile when we walk in and always treat you like they’ve known you for years! I can NOT say enough about this wonderful staff, and the people that have saved me from being a victim of identity theft! I’m NOT a dumb woman but THEY stopped it! God Bless them! This Great bank deserves 10 stars. They have always gone to great lengths to help my Family. Serviced or Mortgage in days and been wonderfully understanding during any difficulty s. Done right the first time, can’t be beat. A true family of a bank. Close your accounts elsewhere and go see these fine folks, they are a breath of fresh air. Thank you, pope todd mcmahon

I have always had a very pleasant experience with the professional staff at Bank of Atchison. Very courteous and helpful with my banking needs.

You would think for a small town bank these guys would have better customer service and attitudes. The lady at the tellers stand was wearing a grey t shirt and jeans. I mean have some respect for yourself and your job. She was rude, disrespectful and outright not fit to be talking to customers. There is a national pandemic in the USA. A LOT of people are going to be effected with expired DL’s or loss of income or other things. Have some damn compassion. I’m glad you are not in a nation wide bank as you would probably not have a job. Get over yourself and have a snickers or something.

Everyone at this branch works hard in their positions and genuinely strives to help their customers succeed financially.

For the few transactions I have had at this Bank location I have always encountered a helpful and friendly staff. The ATM is a very easy access. 2 lane drive up, open and helpful lobby area.

Extremely unreliable, incompetent people work with you. No one ever gives you a straight answer when dealing with your money. On top of everything they are not even consistent with handling or discussing your money with you. I would not recommend using this bank if you are looking for one to use for yourself.

The line was backed up. I waited 20 minutes. But the casheir was polite and did her job well

I have worked with the folks at Bank of Atchison for over 20 years they are professional and I consider them to be my partners in business.

I have only used the very easy access ATM. I'm so glad it's so convenient for me.
