Horrible service. I'm finally switching banks after many years with BOA. I used my Google wallet to get money out. I told them I did not have my ID, but do have a picture of it. He said that was fine if they could verify me another way. I went through the verification process. He then had another lady come to get the money for me and she refused. She was fine with it until she saw me in person. She was discriminating because I look young.

There’s a reason this location is 2.5 stars. Absolutely worthless people and management. It takes them forever to do anything and they are all just standing around talking and laughing. Every time I go here it’s 45mins to an hour to do something simple and that’s without anyone else being there. Then if you tell them you need to hurry to get some where it’ll be an attitude and take more time. I swear if it wasn’t just for boa convenience of being everywhere I wouldn’t bank with them just cause of this ridiculousness every time!

I really don’t get it. Every time I’ve tried to come to this location the inside is always closed. Today, I sat in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes!! Not to mention, the woman working the window was rude and slow. Also, why do you charge a $8 fee when cashing a check if you don’t have an account? Money hungry. Wells Fargo didn’t change a dime.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this bank. I’ve been banking with BOA for 15 years but I’m done after today. This branch in particular is horrible. Last time I needed to withdraw cash they “didn’t have it” and it was less than 5k. They had to “order” it. This morning I go in and ask for change (pennies, dimes and nickels) for my small business. I waited in line over 20 minutes just to be told that the lady that has access to change is gone to lunch. WHY would only one person in that bank have access to change?!?! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not to mention their drive through is NEVER open. You’re not meeting the most basic needs that a bank offers. I’ll be switching to a new bank tomorrow.

Im customer of the bank from a couple of years ago, this time I was trying to open a new account for my business, went there and it was very busy, nobody to greet the customers! Finally a man came to ask for what I need and i told him that I needed to open an account and he told me that I needed an appointment I try to schedule an appointment but he didn’t have any available for the whole next week! Really? I left and call Wells Fargo got my appointment real quick and open my business account that same day with an excellent customer service!

This place is one of the most unprofessional and poorly run banks I have used. There was only one teller on a Friday afternoon trying to help over a dozen members. The four other employees doing nothing in the offices just continued to watch her struggle. Then after 30 minutes of waiting in line I’m told I have to sit down and wait on one of the employees from the office to help me? I’ve been here for 30 minutes and only one person has come out of the offices. Two of them were just walking around doing nothing. This place deserves negative stars. Been a member for over 30 years and this is unacceptable.

If i could give zero stars i would. My account was set up at this location, but i was lied to about the way it was activated. I've been calling and talking with this Bank for over six months but i keep getting the run around. No one is honest and their promises are lies. This might as well be the Bank of China. Update: Can I give them -1 stars? Been waiting 2.5 weeks on the branch manager to call me back. Tried calling the branch every day for the last two weeks but, the employees keep directing my call through the automated system so you never talk to a human. Talked with Customer service, again, they told me they "see where you were eligible for payment, but they let the case expire so there's nothing they can do". What? Never has a company tried so hard to actually not help a customer out!

This week, I asked my supervisor if I could run and get a cash/change order before the bank closes at 5; he saw we desperately needed change to give customers and gave me the "ok." I made it to the drive-thru at 4:30 when Darius told me, "I'm so sorry ma'am, we closed at 4." Honestly, this was my first time going through a bank drive-thru since the pandemic that I entirely forgot to consider time restrictions regarding covid-19. Darius asked his coworker for permission and kindly helped me get the change I needed even after they were closed. I was super appreciative and wanted to share my positive experience with Darius and his team. :)
