    I’ve been banking with BOA for 13 years and today was the first time I have been denied service. Came in at 2PM and I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get my form from the doctors office notarized. She took a look at it and said of course but I would have to wait 15 mins. I said no problem filled out the form and waited. Then she assisted me, started reading my form and said she couldn’t notarize it because there was no place for it and that the form didn’t need it. I said it did because the doctors office was requiring it to be notarized. She told me it couldn’t be done at this bank. Which makes no sense because I’ve had so many notes notarized at BOA. She proceeded to say, “You can go across the street and get Amscot to notarize it for you.” Uuuhhhh I bank with you for a reason not to walk to another bank to get services done.

    10am on a Tuesday, one teller actually helping people and he's clearly new and doesn't know what he's doing. 6 people in line, hasn't moved in 10 minutes. 3 other employees just standing around. This seems to be SOP for every BOA location in the county.

    I deposited a cashier check at this branch to an employee named Michelle. I specified to her if there was any hold on the bank cashier check. She looked and said that there does not appear to be any hold on the funds and the worse scenario would be 2 to 4 business days if the back office places a hold. The bank check I was depositing was my own funds from another local bank. The next day I got an email from Bank of America stating that they have put a hold on my funds for 10 days!!!!! This is not acceptable as I needed the funds for a purchase closing, or I would not have deposited the check. I made a bunch of phone calls to release the funds earlier but no one would help me. I'm a customer with Bank of America more than 30 years. I realize that Bank of America is not the same as use to be and I will try to avoid going forward.

    Horrible, lobby is closed with no staff. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 15+ years and I’ll be switching to a new bank. NONE of the 7 BOA locations around me have lobby services open for business. Yet, you limit the transactions and amounts available to be completed online or via mobile. How are any customers supposed to be able to do anything! Ridiculous!

    No drive through service and I am currently waiting OUTSIDE in line to get a cashiers check. You aren’t requiring masks anymore, but still not allowing patrons inside the bank?? Insanity.

    This is the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had in my life. This place doesn’t not care about the people they’re supposed to serve. I waited 1 hour to see the bank teller, he then proceed to take a huge. I simply left and went over to another bank 20 minutes away and they were able to help me out. I wasn’t the only one left there waiting and hoping to be seen by someone. When you arrive, There will be nobody there to greet you, you have to figure out things by yourself and hope that you get taken care of. I usually don’t mind much if I don’t get great costumer service, but this place was the example of incompetence of management. I Will never be back at this filthy place.

    Do not bank here. Opened an account with them and the account was mysteriously closed out of nowhere a few days later with no explanation and anytime ive gone in to inquire about it nobody was of any help at all. Waste of time.

    If I could give it no stars I would. Always one pleasant lady bank teller with a 30 hour minimum wait, and four useless people walking around in suits who don't ask questions or help you with deposits, or filling of deposit slips. Free riding free loading do nothings. I hope the teller is getting paid twice as much for doing four times the work.
