I like the atmosphere in this area. A couple entry points to this branch/ATM never overly crowded, clean and conveniently placed in a high traffic area. America’s Bank.

DO NOT USE ATM, Horrible ATM SYSTEM, it took my card TWICE in 2 months along with a bunch of customers !!! They can't return the card and we have to order a new one and takes like 3 weeks to get it! Customer service inside is pretty good though.

I had an extremely bad experience visiting this branch for a notarization need of mine. The employees say that certain documents can't be notarized just because they have not done it before. Moreover, they quote Bank of America rules that they are unable to show in any rule documents. After quite some time spent on discussing my notarization need, they also said that they are unable to notarize documents signed in Gwinnett county because their notary is registered in another county. Guess where thus branch is located!! The relationship manager tried to tender her apologies and checked again with the registered notary in the branch. The registered notary did not do anything other that issuing a flat 'NO' statement. Acknowledging the presence of a customer is the least that a bank employee can do. I understand that notarization is a service that the bank provides for free but they could at least respect their customer's time.

I opened an account in 2006. They gave me a safe deposit box. I turned in the key 1 month later, as I had no real use for it. it is now 2018. I just got a bill for the safe deposit box. I haven't gotten a bill for the box - ever. A dozen years later, a bill. I called, and waited on hold several times. After finally getting someone on the line I have to either 1) travel back to Georgia (I live in Missouri now) to close the box again or 2) take time off work to fill out affidavits, etc. to close the box - if not, they'll will auto-debit money from my account. sort of a silly process, with the biggest disappointment being the poor automated phone system and the burden on the customer (and threat to extract money from the account) due to the banks error.

Run run run far away from this branch. The branch is unorganized and so segmented that only one person can help with certain simple transactions (like add an account holder). I just saw them turn away little old lady because they didn't have an appointment (she wanted to buy a cd). There are three apparent managers and they are hiding out in the back. Thank goodness I'm with Georgia's Own where they know my name and every person there is empowered to help. Terrible management and service.

I visited this branch this morning with questions about an account that I was certain had been closed over a year ago but is apparently still open. The woman behind the teller counter was courteous and prompt, however she was not the one who handled my inquiry. A woman about 50-something years old with short hair and a heavy Colombian accent is the one who was assigned to handle my inquiry. After presenting my foreign passport as my ID (as my state-issued ID's are non-renewable due to an issue I'm having with DHS), she stated that she could not attend me so as long as I presented a foreign ID. I refused to leave as this is an urgent issue in my current finances therefore in addition to the passport I also displayed my state-issued DL, ID, my birth certificate, my DHS work authorization permit and my DHS issued entry visa to verify my identity. After having gone through this borderline humiliating display of my identity to this so-called professional, she either did not pay attention to my question or her proficiency in English is not accordant to the minimum level of fluency I imagine BoA would require their employees, as she did NOT give me any useful or viable information about the account I had asked about, she was quick to give me the general phone number for BoA customer service (a number I have called dozens of times to no avail, hence the reason why I went for help in person in the first place), and her manner in treating me became arrogant and condescending when I asked her to listen to my inquiry carefully. Needless to say, I walked out of the bank as seeing that it was no more useful to me in this matter. There was absolutely no desire to carry out her tasks as a branch representative when she realized that the issue I have at hand is an issue stemming from an error on behalf of BoA and its employees. The manner in which I was treated and humiliated for a simple question as to why my account was still open after closing it a year ago is viable proof that the entire banking system and the staff that it employs fall nothing short of the embodiment of arrogance and greed, leaving the average hard-working American at the mercy of a group of imbecile financiers. Thanks BoA for reminding me what a lot of corrupt cutthroats you have under your employ. Sincerely: An Honest American Worker

Appointment or not. This is the worst location. They are so slow. I have been to this location 3 times!!! The same thing!!! The first time had me waiting for over 45 minutes so I made an appointment. Still the same service. I feel like taking my money and going to another bank. Smh

They really are in a small number on their staff, but there was not one single time that I went over there that I wasn't treated well and I am always getting help with any problem. Super nice people working over this location. I went to one in Johns Creek last week and they were rude and said they couldn’t help me, went over to this location today and they solved it in less than 20 minutes.

The worst location always a line out the door and they still insist on only having one person work and also no one is working the drive thru standing here for 30 min is ridiculous get it together Bank of America.
