Because of the close location, I use this ATM all the time and it works great. However, have never been inside when they could actually help ( getting things notarized, changing names on my account, filling out paperwork on a government form etc.). Therefore I drive several miles to another BOA branch or use the Wells Fargo down the street for any sort of in-person customer service needs.

This bank just keeps going downhill. Drive through was closed today, I guess because they were short handed. They could have put a sign up to tell you to come in. I thought the bank was just closed until I saw a car parked out front. I waited 30 minutes just to cash a $80 check because there was only one cashier. Everyone waiting was over the age of 50 and no one in the bank treated them with the respect they deserved. Not everyone knows how or wants to use an ATM. I've been with the bank for more than 30 years, it may be a time for a change.

Went to their drive up before 4:00 pm, but it said closed at the window. Went in to the lobby even though it was not as convenient. Walked in and realized I left the check book in the vehicle, I mentioned this to the teller and she proceeded to say, well the doors are locked now. It would have been very easy to allow me to grab the information and would have taken under 1 minute to do so. If they would have adhered to their actual hours and not closed the drive up early, I would have had my check book and account information at my fingertips. They have the absolute WORST customer service. This to me is a management issue. It starts at the top. They feel awfully comfortable providing subpar support. Will never go to this location again and will be making a complaint about them not adhering to their scheduled hours.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience I encountered at this location with Beth Hanna, the VP of the Financial Center. I walked into the branch 15 mins before they closed to add my husband to my account and I was told I would not be attended to because I did not have an appointment. Beth was with another client at the moment and I was willing to wait but she made it very clear she was not going to stay past her shift. Customer Service is key in every industry especially at a banking institute. I go the extra mile every day for my clients and feel that if you are a professional and love what you do you should do the same.

If there was an option to give zero star I would have given that to this branch, from the staff to the manager everyone is irresponsible and completely ignores the customers. Me and my husband are platinum members we went to have a locker, we waited for 90 minutes despite of the fact that we had a appointment, then the staff (Brandon Miller) and manager (Kirsten Callaway) told us that their keys for lockers are not operating so they cannot allocate us a locker but will give a callback once it is available. Even in next 10 days they never called back to give the status. I scheduled another appointment for today and today Brandon Miller called up to tell me that all their lockers are occupied now. He was allocating me 10' by 10' locker which is obviously not free of cost even for platinum members. They are extremely rude and have no customer orientation culture. Extremely disappointed to have my account in this bank. Over to that they are telling me they are not able to connect with any other branches of nearby as they are not picking up call. This shows that entire bank culture in Austin is irresponsible.

They have been our bank for 30 years now. They refuse to change rolled coins into paper money. They insist on sending it off to be counted and then deposit the money in my account. I tell them I roll it myself and I can count. They are worried one of the rolls is short by a penny or nickel. Now, keep in mind I have trusted them with MILLIONS of my dollars over the 30 years I have been with them and they are worried about getting shorted a nickel. Am I being unreasonable? LOL.

Don’t trust Bank of America they will let you down. Today my wife goes to the ATM to withdraw money to pay for my Sons birthday camping trip and finds out that Bank of America has “Frozen” our $5000.00 account. They say they did not have the information for one of the persons listed on the account so its Frozen ! I have had the account for 33 years and between me and my wife deposited over 3 million dollars with Bank of America in that thirty years. We are not rich but it adds up over that long a period of time. In any case they really screwed us! Bank of America claims they sent “ a letter” asking for information last month. We never received a letter , we check every thing we get in the mail. Now my eighty year old mother has to go to Bank of America and show them her ID before they will “reinstate” our account. She was listed on the account when I opened it she gave them her signature and SS#. Bank of America was North Carolina National Bank when I started with them. It’s hardly my fault they lost some information. A good bank would call or contact the primary account holder before just freezing the account. I use online Bill pay, its frozen too, I cant even see who I owe or how much. I have a lot of bills and I always pay on time until now…. So much for my Sons camping trip the park needs cash. Never trust Bank of America with your financial security, go somewhere else. If you have an account with Bank of America take the money out now before its too late!

Went in on Tuesday 8/21/18 with a BANK OF AMERICA cashiers check to deposit into my BANK OF AMERICA account. Waited in line for over 5 minutes, even though I was the ONLY one in there, with 3 tellers and a banker behind the counter. James finally called me over but acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience for him to help. Asked him of he was having a bad day, he said he was dealing with other things.Tried to joke and make light of the situation but his bad attitude and poor customer service skills continued. The personal banker tried to make up for his inappropriate behavior with small talk but it was too late. His attitude ruined a simple transaction. As a former employee, we would have been severely reprimanded for this kind of unprofessional conduct. Giving 2 stars because the other employees seemed personable.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to. I went 3 different times to pull out cash and they could not accommodate me. Told my systems were down or they needed me to wait over 30 minutes. Avoid this branch.
