    If Bank of America doesn't get its' act together I might change to another banking institution all together. Today I had the worst experience that I've ever had with a notary public. Usually at this branch I get documents notarized by Ms. Carson, but today some ultra skinny girl and the only one there with a mask on "helped" my mother and I and she was awful. We've never gone to a notary who looked over everything on the papers as if we were criminals. The documents we brought concerned my father's estate who died seven months ago. This robot didn't know what she was doing and had no patience. She just seemed arrogant and inflexible. We walked out and went to UPS Store where they were more civilized and less arrogant. This woman should be fired. Also they never answer the phone at this branch.

    This bank is terrible. Had to wait outside cause only 1 teller and very busy cause all other locations in Athens closed. No drive thru open and a lot of employees standing around won't help the tellers.

    You have to try actively to be this unapproachable and this awful at your job. Every single associate in there is a waste of time and resource they do not take their job seriously enough nor do they credit the fact of you being the reason that they have a job. This place is a absolute joke so is this brand

    The customer service here is TRASH. Gabriela was nice enough at first but became rude once her “manager” Christina showed that it was ok to be rude. I’ve never had issues at this location with the previous staff but clearly Gabriela and Christina thinks it’s ok the be rude, dismissive, and patronizing to long time customers. They walk off when you’re talking to them and when you call them out for being rude, they do not care. Wish I could give zero stars because this wasn’t even 1star service.

    I got kicked out from the bank because Linda F Lucas failed to get me personal signature card and she didn’t even know what this means. She has to call her manager and when Bianca Carson came, she also doesn’t know what this service, and she tried to explain the system doesn’t have this service . I told her, she must provide this service to me, and she said she is doing this for 15 years and she called the security to kick me out and my wife. I tried to call the customer service number and the security tried to call backup for me. I went to other bank location, and he Provided me with the same service I asked before. I need the branch manager phone number.

    I brought my son in and tried to set up an account because he is leaving for college. I had the required documents according to what was listed. Brittany saw the acceptable forms on the list but still she would not accept his Id and health insurance card as secondary. She said their list was different and would not honor what was on their site. They even refused to help us unless his school faxed over verification that he was student. Even the manager was rude and acted as if we were foreigners to the bank. I have a checking, savings and credit card but got treated very poorly. And it’s my son’s first experience at the bank. He was so excited but they made it out to be a horrible time for us. Doug turned our experience around. He even made my son feel responsible for his account and spoke to him about basketball!! His experience shows through his great customer service! Thanks

    I have been a longtime customer. They had a merchant compromise and replaced my debit card. Which is fine and proactive EXCEPT that 1. It was a minor incident and honestly I don't even believe the merchant had my card info to lose. 2. They CANCELLED my debit card before I had the opportunity to clear all of my deductions on that card. 3. I was basically left with no access to my own money. Thank goodness I wasn't traveling or in dire circumstances needing to access cash. Bad business Bank of America, bad customer care. There is a reason I waited to activate the new card. Show some respect.

    I am a preferred member and a business account holder. Come into this bank and other banks often to get change. Was told I could not have change unless I was a card holder. Very upset with the quality of service. Whenever I enter the card in the machine the level of service goes up. Sad every customer should be treated the same.
