    the worst bank in the world. an employee of Roberto Castillo, despite my refugee document, refused to open an account for me. They took my passport at the border and said that the Department of Homeland Security document will replace my passport everywhere, and Roberto claims that this is not a document, but just a piece of paper😭 my friend opened an account with the Bank of America with the same documents as mine, and why I'm denied here??? discrimination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

    Very Poor customer service, i went to bring documents for an estate processing, the lady i was dealing with act like i came to rob the bank and she's behaving like i should open an account with the funds that was in my deceased mom account. Unbelievable, i was thinking how did she got this job there

    Today was my first and last visit to this branch. I scheduled a notary public appointment and I was very disappointed by the attitude of the notary person Named Roberto Castillo. He wrongfully claimed that he can't notarize a translation for my daughter birth certificate because he can't read or speak the language of the translation (Russian) and if it was Spanish he will do it. Actually he was wrong because I had a paragraph at the end of the document written in English stating that I am the signer is fully responsible for the translation. Sadly for the past 25 years I have notarized translation of documents (French, Arabic, Russian) at BOA and other banks and never hear once this excuse. I contacted the office of the secretary of the state of Massachusetts and they told me that Roberto refusal to notarize the document is wrong and he should not refuse to provide the notary service as he witness I am the person who signed the document at his presence without any legal responsibility on him. I asked him if any employee at this location or close by branch can speak Russian and notarize it and he asked me to wait till he complete some search. I waited about 20 minutes and I was able to call Citizen bank near by and they welcomed to notarize my document. Went to Citizen bank at Washington street and in less than 5 minutes the translation was notarize by a nice person named Chris.. Kudos to Chris and Citizen bank for your kindness and great customer service

    Rarely visit branch, as I do most of my banking online. On the few occasions I need teller service, I've always found long lines as there are not enough tellers, and each transactions seems to take inordinate amount of time. Maria S.

    I can't understand why they have a drive thru when no one is attending it. You can easily wait 20 min or more before someone comes to the window. Inside the bank the situation is not much better with long lines and just a couple of tellers. I am using a different location for now until I transfer my business account to a different bank.

    The staff I have interacted with are friendly and accommodating. The lobby area is very nice and clean. The parking is a little tight, second entrance on Kimball Ave makes it easy to exit when Washington Street is backed up.

    Terrible service, terrible staffing, manager doing nothing useful in the lobby. Maybe get behind the counter and take care of customers? Crazy idea i know....

    The Managers in the small offices are absolute idiots. They have no idea what they're talking about and you have to wait forever to see them. I'm thinking of changing banks. Most of the Cashiers are very nice

    Very rude and intrusive staff. Asking personal questions in front of other patrons while i was waiting to see someone about an account issue. I will use another branch next time.
