They are forever understaffed and this branch does not care about helping people in a timely manner. The problem is the management of the branch not the people working it.

Bank of America is predatory. 1) BoA will with hold money which makes them useless as a bank. Such as my initial stimulus check BoA held onto the money weeks after the IRA said it was deposited into my account. Then it was the wrong amount $600 vs $1400. When I was getting my second check it was a similar issue where I had to wait a long time. I called to complain about the repeated delays and to complain again about the missing money from the first check. A week later I was given the $1400 in one payment even though for the second check I was supposed to get $600. Considering the first payment made it's way into my account about a week before they passed the second stimulus check legislation I know 100% if was their fault because the IRS had the correct information for weeks while BoA insisted they care about me as a customer but were incapable of providing banking services. 2)Their phone service drops calls but only when calling BoA about their failure to live up to their promises. I have contacted BoA multiple times about recent fraudulent transactions. Every time they tell me that I will be sent information about the fraud case, then they don't send any information other than my statements and offers for loans which they knew I needed because they were helping to facilitate fraud against me and theirfor knew my account was low. So know that if you bank with BoA they will not treat fraud seriously and will prey off of you if fraud is committed against you. The only think a fraudulent company has to say to get BoA to work with them in defrauding me was to say I had purchased through them before. I cannot even check this because I closed that credit card and BoA won't send me any information. The last 2 times I called my call was transferred to someone else while waiting who was not related to the fraud department and the I was dropped. This only happens when complaining to BoA never when asking about additional services they provide or any other conversation. 3) If you die you will have to wait months for BoA to release money to your family and BoA will financially benefit from this in many circumstances. BoA refused to release my fathers money for months after they told me they confirmed everything and were going to send the money. This resulted in interest on BoA credit cards because I did not have the money to pay for expenses related to my fathers death. So if you die and you use bank of America understand you are leaving a mess for whomever you designate in your will and whoever is taking care of your affairs better have cash on hand because otherwise they will rack up debt waiting for BoA to decide you have suffered enough, but not so much that it's worth suing BoA. 4) I have been told incorrect information from every BoA I have ever banked at regularly. The common lie is that online banking is as safe as in person banking. This is only true because of FDIC bank insurance. Fraud is still a larger issue with online banking than in person banking and BoA associates are not educated enough to know the difference between money being safe because it's insured or money being safe because it is actually safe and secure from theft or fraud. This bank in particular also refused to accept credit card payments multiple times. If they do this to you take out your phone and ask them to confirm that they refused to accept payment on your BoA credit card. For me they wouldn't let me pay off my credit card with my paycheck because I didn't have enough money in my account.

I would of rated 2 stars, but staff was friendly. There is no toilet for customer in this location, I never usually like to use public restrooms but sometimes I must, I was surprised that there was no restroom to use while waiting for help. I asked one of staff for a restroom and they said, I can use the wholefood or other companies nearby. Which kinda annoyed me since I'm their customer not wholefoods or other companies, another staff immediately helped me though and I used the staff restroom which was in the internal office. Anyways, besides that I was helped and fast, mind you I cam in around 11am which seems like a good time to come in, not so busy.

Credit card customers beware. This bank does its best to trap you into paying them late fees for late payment. To get set up for automatic payment takes weeks. Then be careful to set up for paying the whole outstanding balance. They won't accept your payment request by phone, even to make changes. After receiving your written request. It takes a couple of months. If you try to call them their automatic telephone answering service is a NIGHTMARE. They ask all kinds of questions and only accept the answer their automaton understands. Very frustrating. When you ask for credit from a fraudulent merchant and talk to a live person it takes forever. Then they mail out separate snail mail letters one for the item another for the sales tax Incomprehensible.

This is the WORST Bank of America that I can think of. My fiancé went here to close out her debit card. The banker who helped her gave her the runaround, cut up her debit card and told her that she would handle everything else on the bank’s end. That was a lie because two weeks later, and the account isn’t closed and that added a $12 fee. On top of that, she made racial remarks to my fiancé because she has an accent. I am definitely enjoying my formal complaint with corporate. I suggest everyone avoid this location as best you can. I wish I could rate lower than one star.
