Bad customer services, big lines, one drive thru window only open, they can’t even hire more workers so they can open up more drive thru windows and develop less lines, Wells Fargo has more drive thru windows open then bank of america- it’s like they are trying to save money for themselves. Not happy with Bank of America. Don't go to this bank go to a different bank. Also been trying to get a hold of Bank of America since 11am and no response. Very not happy.

I did not want to visit this place because of the comments I have reviewed, despite that I visited the bank today and my experience was very good with the agent Gabriel, he helped me and clarified all the doubts about opening my account. Thank you for your attention, I would definitely see you again on my next visit
Good morning Yasenia, thanks for letting us know how helpful Gabriel was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^michael

I called to open a safe deposit box. 5 days later I received a call to set up the appointment. I made it for Monday, October 11th. I asked the gentleman who was making the appointment if they will be open since it’s Columbus Day. He said “let me check”. Came back with “oh yes we’re open”. So, with hesitation, I went to the bank for my 10:30am appointment and, of course, they were closed. I understand if it was a mistake but a phone call to reschedule would have been appropriate and welcomed. “Relationship Banker” is not a term I would use if you’re not going to give the proper customer service to a new client.

Why is your drive-thru constantly closed? I posed that question to a bank employee who told me it was for the health and safety of their employees and customers. Hmm. I have to get out of my vehicle to come inside where I'm more likely to have contact with other people. In addition, your hours are reduced which means more people squeezed in in less time. Are all local branch drive-thru services closed because this branch states on their web site that they are open. I''ve had my business checking account with BofA for 16 years and must say it's getting very frustrating to not be able to do deposits via the drive- thru. Please reopen this service.
We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

Very poor. After spending 35 minutes being interviewed they refused to get me a credit card. I think they did not use any common sense. My drivers license is expired because I do not drive any more because I get vertigo. Also had a broken neck and do not turn my head So. How about unfortunately I cannot drive now. I was thoroughly disgusted with the situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst banking experience in my life. I made and appointment online, to talk about an estate account that I needed to setup for my deceased uncle, who had accounts with BOA. When I arrived at the branch I was asked three times why I was there. I was handed off to an inexperienced person, and was totally ignored by the senior manager (who walked by me twice and went out her way to avoid eye contact). I was asked if we could schedule another appointment in two weeks, because we needed to involve another branch. The follow up appointment did not come off, because the person did not follow up with me or the other branch. I tried reaching him three times by voice mail and email to make sure we were all set. When he finally contacted me, he made it sound like it was my fault that we needed to cancel the meeting. Oh, and by the way, I tried calling the branch several times to confirm the appointment the week before and I am convinced, that this branch NEVER answers their phone.

I opened a business account in Cornelius, NC and they’ve been shut down all summer and fall and the closest Bank of America is Huntersville branch. I’ve called several times for several weeks and no one answers. Leaving this bank as soon as I can. Don’t waste your time. No help at all

So they hold our money but you cannot get in touch with the representative no matter how hard you try. I find this very frustrating I do not like to deal with an online service I’d like to talk to an actual person but this does not seem to be an option with this bank at this current time. Considering moving my funds.

I had the most awful experience here on Monday morning at 9am. I needed to withdrawal funds to pay for a surgery that would take place at 10am that morning. I had just received my new card over the weekend (old one had to be canceled due to a fraudulent unauthorized charge) I could not access my funds because Bank of America changed my pin # without my permission. I had to be issued a new card around December of last year for the same reason and I got my new card at that time but my pin # was not changed at that time so I don't know why they would change my pin # this time. At the very least, I should have been warned that I would receive a card that I would not be able to use because they changed the the pin #. Since my license has expired, they would not release the new pin # (which, again, was changed without my permission and without any warning) they also would not allow me to have access to/withdrawal any of my funds. I had other forms of identification and my expired license clearly had MY face on it. They refused to help me knowing 1. This was their fault for changing my pin # without my permission and without warning and 2. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to pay for my surgery an hour later which I so desperately needed which I had to take off work for. I was lucky to have a friend withdrawal the funds from their own account to pay for my surgery which I will have to pay back once I renew my license and am able to access MY funds. As soon as I am recovered enough to make it to the DMV to renew my lisence, I will be heading to Bank of America to find out my pin, withdrawal every single cent in my account and cancel my account indefinitely.
