Waited in the drive through teller at 1 pm on Tuesday, no one ahead of me, and took them over 7' to attend to me. No one was there!

I opened up 2 bank accounts there, 2 reps tell me to call them the following day so they can help with with something on my online banking, the next day when i called, so lady named DENISE was quick to blow me away and tell me to call phone number in back of the card, and now i still havent even received one of my debit cards, i called today and the same thing, really quick to blow me away and tell me to call customer service ., Your service is horrible don’t tell me to call you if you can’t help me in the first place.

If I could give em 0 star I would, worst costumer service ever, I made an appointment and when I got there they told me they didn’t do anything so I had to wait as other costumers in line, I talked to the manager Evelyn and she said that everything that I’ll say is pointless cuz they couldn’t do anything which is a lie, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Worst service! One teller only and branch manager says that's all she can have 1 teller only. With a lot of attitude by the way. Worst branch!!! Do not bank here!!!!!

10 people in line and 1 teller. Worst part is I waited 20 minutes in line and they would not even deposit the check that I was there to deposit

They close the drive thru really early in the day before 3 pm and they have very little parking,Making it inconvenient for the customers.

They never have enough tellers working during the day so there's always a long line, and they close at 4.
