I went to the bank today, to change dollars to a different currency since I will be traveling to another country and Jannette, refused to help me and kept telling me that I could order it online myself. I explained to her that I am aware of that but I was told that they can help me so the money will be delivered to them and I could pick it up from the bank. I tried to order the currency and it doesn't give me an option to pick up at the bank like she kept repeating. She was extremely rude and not willing to help. Very disappointing since I've been with this bank for so many years and never had I had such a bad experience.

The blatant rudeness and disrespect by the teller in the drive thru is absolutely appalling. She is without a doubt a cancer to this company, however; it appears that BOA doesn't mind, as we have had to deal with her attitude for about 8 months and I have spoken to Pooja several times about the employee and nothing is done. She continues to be condescending, difficult, and unprofessional.

Great experience every time. I spoke with a Merrill Lynch representative and it was great. Very good advice from an experienced financial advisor. The manager is very friendly, the service was swift. A small wait for what I was going in for that day, but it was worth it. Always have had a great experience with Bank Of America.

We had experienced decent service from a certain lady in the past, however during this specific experience we had to deal with her horrible attitude and bad service. It was quite unfortunate. With my wife transitioning to a six figure position, we naturally decided to cancel all subscriptions to services related to a business we owned. We were meticulous in all of our cancellations. Unfortunately, one rogue merchant continued to fraudulently charge us month after month for over a year on one of our seldom checked accounts, unbeknownst to us. When we figured this out, we called to complain and were taken to the claims department. We simply came into a physical bank with all of our evidence for a banker to pass on to the claims department. From the beginning, for whatever reason as soon as we sat down, the lady was very customer unfriendly and dismissive of our complaints. She didn't even bother to look over the evidence (with exhibits) that I had produced. Not only that, she actually articulated the following gem; "if there is a problem, it is between the merchant and you." Really? Our money is in your bank. If fraud is committed on our account with your bank, it's just between the merchant and the customer? So, Bank of America doesn't have the guts to fight for their loyal customers? Just amazing. I actually just walked out a few minutes later. My wife came out after me with an incredulous look on her face. If it weren't for all our accounts being with you, and a big harassment to transfer everything over, we would have immediately withdrawn everything from our accounts. Your bank does not exist without customers. You should treat them the way you would like to be treated. You don’t even know the merchant and their practices. You know us.

Is there an option for no star? I deal with different banks due to my business and BOA is the worse. Not only this location but others that I go to are always short on tellers and bankers just sit in their office looking at a screen. One time I waited (2nd in line) for about 20 mins for the drive thru window teller to finish her conversation with the person in front. Yes, conversation. I had my window down and they we just yapping it up(same teller as always). So, if you need to kill some time, like real time, pleAse open an account with them. To my luck, I have to visit this branch today. Please pray for me.

I've been coming to this bank location for over ten years & have had an account with this bank for 20 years. In the past year, the lack of tellers at this location has become unacceptable!!! If you are going to close locations, you must provide service. We are paying monthly fees and getting NOTHING for it. It shouldn't take a 30-45 min wait to make a deposit & that has become the average at this location. Please find a solution!

Waiting in line inside for 30 min to deposit $. Seems deliberately slow!! If so concerned with covid that they close 1/2 the banks, they shouldn’t make people wait and be at risk longer.

Lana is the reason we go to this bank! 10/10 would recommend going to her. My mom and I were having trouble with her debit card and decided to just go back to the bank where she opened the account. Lana was professional, timely, and charismatic.

I have been banking with Bank of America for almost 15 years now… This branch only ever has one drive-through open even though they could open up more… Today I pulled up to make a cash payment for a bill at 3:30 PM where there were three cars in front of me and one pulled up behind me… The branch does not close until 4 PM so I came in plenty of time to do business… At 4:10 PM while still waiting in line (40 minutes) a security guard came out and told me that me and the car behind me would not be able to be serviced today because it was after 4 PM... I didn’t explain to him I have been in line for 40 minutes since 3:30 PM so I had arrived well before they were to close down and that the business I need to take care of could only be done at the drive-through not an ATM… I was then told I needed to catch up with modern times and do bill pay online… I will immediately be withdrawing all of our accounts from there and taking my business to another Bank who cares about his customers!!!
