Horrible !!! customer service in the Stratford Road office. long story short. I followed the advice of an employee in order to prevent a service fee if my account went under $1,500. The employee gave me wrong information and I was billed service fees 5mos.. I explained to service advisor and also to the office manager. I will just say that her name is Mrs. C. ...and..even with ample traceable proof of my acting in good faith and their error. They kept repeating "Bank policy to not make an adjustment"... Naturally I will deduce that their "policy is therefore, that even if there is an error made on a customer record due to their giving out incorrect information, that they will not correct it and that they will blame the customer".. In this case. I had to speak to the main headquarters and even they gave me Slack.. and only agreed to satisfy me after I threatened that I would make a YouTube video of my discontent with Bank of America Stratford Road office.. this Stratford Road office has horrible customer service! And I see that there is an underlying corporate culture which takes advantage of customers...Even some of the cashiers are not pleasant at that office. They have this attitude as if you are bothering them and they don't even know the policies that they expect customers to memorize. Obviously, Stratford Road staff is under trained!!! . Horrible customer service do not go there, yet the office on Silas Creek the people are just so much more friendly... and educated on their products. Incredible to see such a vast difference between two offices that are just a few miles away from each other.

Deplorable customer service. I’m talking like laughably bad. I come in here about once a week and it’s always just such a fascinating experience every single time to see what new ways they can come up with to continuously lower the bar. Almost every single teller acts as though you are terribly inconveniencing them, and I never thought I would dread the experience of going to the bank to deposit money as much as I do now. You work at a bank, in Winston-Salem, please calm down.

This Bank of America on Stratford road has 3rd rate customer service. Some of the cashiers walk around and talk to you as if you're bothering them and the employees walk around and everybody walks around as if they were in a concentration camp. From bottom to top management, the service is deplorable and I will not return to this banking office on Stratford road. They are either undertrained or overtasked but something is not right

Very poor service only 1 client but they ignore the line and take forever to do anything waited 2 hrs just with one person in front of me with 2 tellers Ridiculous staff This branch should be closed

I became a customer in April of this year. Unfortunately, I had someone try to use my account for bill pay and the fraud team fixed that. Then I had an issue with an Internet provider taking .30 to .60 then went to 9.00 something and Bank of America said I had made those purchases as my card had been used and claim closed, would not listen to my side of the story as my card hadn’t been used to purchase anything Budgetics offered and still today do not know what kind of service they are. Then the biggy... I am disabled and receive a SSDI check every 3rd of the month. I pay all my bills with that check and rely on that check every month. On September 28th I went by the drive through ATM and it stated I had a negative balance of 888,893.00. Since I was in a hurry for my test at the hospital I left, once checked in at hospital, I called Fraud teams and spoke with Jeff who explained that something was wrong but didn’t know what, then nurse called me back and I had to go. After the painful procedure I called again and was told that they could not tell me anything about my account except it was under a hold. I called my branch to speak with my banker Jennifer Jerrimillo and the number rerouted me back to the number I had just called. This time someone stated it was under a global hold and could be as long as 45 days to get my check back. I was upset as no one was there to explain anything to me about this. I hired Legal Shield who has several attorneys to help. They mailed and faxed a letter to Bank of America with no response to this day. They have held over $1300.00 of my money since 9/28/2019. Now I continue to call about my account and they continue to say another 45 days. I don’t understand why or how a bank can freeze your account for this long. No one from fraud department has attempted to contact me regarding this situation, other than emails. I’ve tried calling at least twice a week with no reply except that my account is frozen and I can’t use it at this time. If anyone reading this , please advise me on how to handle this situation as I’m not sure how. Thank You. November 19, 2019 I called the Disputes and Fraud Department and was told by Beverly that my money had been released. I immediately went to the branch on 426 S Stratford Road Winston Salem, NC to retrieve my money and close my account. I spoke with Carrie who was nice, tried to explain why BOFA had done what they did, etc. That’s her job, to make people happy. I’m still upset, but it will subside soon, as I don’t hold grudges, but I do not recommend Bank of America to anyone.

My cousin was treated so poorly when coming to cash her check. Which she’s has been cashing her checks with Bank of America for 3 years and has never had any problems when she went to any other location. She made her seem like a illegal immigrant and wouldn’t cash her check. Then when asked the problem she got an attitude and didn’t want to explain what was going on and just told her it could not be cashed ! I’d appreciate if someone in management could talk to their rude employee so this embarrassment doesn’t happen to any other costumer! If I could put no stars trust me I would!!

Always a super long wait. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No one showed up so I left. If you can't staff enough people to properly run the drive thru, turn the light off.
