    It takes them 20 mins to print out a check and they charge you $15 for a simple check.

    Worst bank ever. If they see you are white and have a few hundred thousand there, then they perk up and treat you properly. I've made about 10 appts there, and every dang time, I get there to find it's not on their schedule, or the person took the day off, etc. I'm going again today, and already they've called asking what I want notarized. A one page affidavit. ...they don't know if they can. I am a notary. You can! Arg!!!! More after we get home... Nov, 2021 A nice surprise today. Everyone was kind and appropriate.

    Horrible experience, I went to cash a few checks today and happen to be in an affluent neighborhood. I’ve never had any issues cashing any checks at any other BOA branch. When I informed Yesenia ( teller) what I wanted to do she kept looking at the checks and at me as if trying to figure out if they were legit. She then informs me she can’t guarantee she can cash the larger checks and can only cash the smaller ones. I stated that I was surprised because I’ve done this multiple times as various branches and never had any issues. I also pointed out the checks are issued from a government agency and not someone’s random personal account. Torrell (bank manager) came over and looked at me and insisted they wouldn’t be able to help me. So I asked can you explain to me why I haven’t come across this issue at any other location. He refuse to try and give me any kind of reasoning for the inconsistencies, as I was trying to understand the difference between this branch and all the others. If a policy is in place great but then it should be applied across all branches and policies shouldn’t be cherry picked as to deciding when and with who they should be applied towards. Naturally I would have gone to my neighborhood branch but do to covid many branches are temporarily closed. I happen to be passing by this one and thought let me get this done and out of the way. Clearly I was unable to do that and not given a real reason as to why it was an issue here and not at any other branch.

    Went in to get a cashier’s check and it took maybe 4 minutes total. So quick. And the representative was friendly and knowledgable. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

    The location is super convenient with a small parking lot and a drive-through. Whenever I go inside to use the ATM, the staff are always quick to say hello. However, I once had to work with a personal banker to get some documents notarized. They asked some overly personal questions about the nature of the documents and acted like they were doing me a big favor by helping me out. I would say that this branch is good as long as you can just get in and out and don't have to spend too much time working with any of the staff.

    Update: just two days after posting this review (originally 1 star) they replaced the flag. Now that's service! They could have ironed the new flag, but I won't dock them a star for that. Original review: Disrespectful of the American flag. Their flag is torn, filthy, and inexplicably flying at half mast today. I thought this was the Bank of America, not the Bank of Disrespecting America
