    I needed to do a wire transfer. I come to this location to be able to do it and these inefficient people tell me that there is no one who can make the transfer, to wait for me until Monday so that the person who makes these transfers can help me... what really made me angry is that the cashier He personally went to ask the MANAGER and this person, who I don't know what he's doing there, tells him no, he can't do a wire transfer, go to another location... how incompetent

    Horrible customer service. Obvious that racist and bias polices have been put in place at this location. Only bank of america that has not deposited or cashed a check where both signatures are required but only one of us is present. Manager could not and would not show me any policy. When I brought up the fact that we could just use the ATM her response was well it hasn't been caught. This location is situated in a poor location. Oh and we are a biracial couple and the attitudes changes when they saw that I was not black....go figure. I will be closing all Bank of America accounts.

    I had to go to this location since BofA in Hickory has been closed all week and I needed to deposit an out of town check. .I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received from Maranda, who quickly greeted me and made the deposit on her square. She also told me to check with my bank about exchanging money between the two banks to eliminate deposit slips and checks each month. After reading all the negative reviews I didn’t know what to expect but left satisfied

    Waited in line for 20 minutes to close out my account and withdraw my money so I can switch banks. They told me I had to call the 1-800 number when they could have easily closed it for me at the bank and should have!!!!! I called the 1800 number and It's been 27 minutes and still on hold. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Only took away one star because I had good service at this location in the past.

    The branch lobby was closed today so I waited in line for 45 min to conduct business at the drive up. Terrible branch service. I’m very disappointed.

    Poor customer service for sure. When counting my money I like for you to keep my money infront of me don’t pass my money on thee other side to coworkers makes me think you are stealing.

    This location is struggling. One person working behind the counter, the drive thru is closed, and their hours are erratic. On a positive note, they have a greeter at the door just like at the Verizon store.

    We have banked at B of A for 18 year's. I'm sad to say that it seems the service is slowly dwindling. I sat in line to get some change for 30 minutes as the lobby is closed. There's 2 drive thru lines and only one person working. Ridiculous wait. I tried using the ATM, as it says you can pick your bills, but for the sum of change I needed, it only offered me 10's and 20's which is not what I needed. Huge waste of time all the way around.

    I came here on the 21st of December, Christmas week and I have waited for over half a hour in just the line! They only have 1 person working and on top of that they have terrible assistance. I do not recommend this bank at all anymore.

    If I could give this place NO STARS I would. Customer service is terrible at this place. Why open when you only have ONE RELIABLE person to come in? And the fact that it’s the ONLY Bank of America in town!
