    I had the most amazing customer service yesterday at Bank of America! Ruth Ann definitely took a lot of her time out of her morning to help us with a very difficult situation. I did not have an appointment and she took time to work with us any way! I cannot thank her enough; however she deserves to be recognized for her quality customer service! This is what makes me want to begin working with Bank of America solely! In addition Susie also spent time out of her day helping us as well! She worked through getting all the final details resolved. She was amazing! She took care of getting things resolved! Thank you both for helping us yesterday!

    I am giving BOA 5 start for this location service. (Due to COVID many banks have long delays and wait times so I am excluding that from this review. There is usually a 5-15 minute wait whenever I go.) Every person I have worked with is kind, friendly and helpful. The are always able to handle any request I go in there with. Additionally, if there is a way for me to do what I am doing in a simpler fashion they will l advise as well. I appreciate their help as they have shown some ways to mobile do things and save time. I would recommend to anyone and just advise there can be a bit of a wait at times. A note to corporate about this location is that they need to do better sound proofing. The shape of the ceiling allows for echoing and throwing of voices across the room. Specifically, the cubicle with no roof on the left hand side when you walk in. You can hear the conversations in that cubicle quite clearly in certain parts of the bank. The team in the bank has advised corporate but corporate has not taken actions to rectify. If I was discussing personal information in this bank I would insist on using one of the offices with a roof.

    I tried to open an account here but felt that I wasn't wanted there. I was dressed for doing some home repairs for the day. When I walked in to try and set up an account, the person at the door looked me up and down and discouraged me from setting an appointment. I went to Bank Ozk and got great service and they didn't care I was dressed for manual work.

    terrible customer service ! The drive through takes forever they have the same person working inside multitasking doing more of the inside banking than the drive through I took it upon myself to get a paper notarized and was given the hardest time ever ! I will be switching banks just opened my account not even a month ago and already missing Wells Fargo ! Bank of America you really need to do better

    Despite her impeccable banking history and near perfect credit score, this Bank of America branch closed my wife's account and refuses to tell us why. When we ask they just say "We reserve the right to close any account at any time for any reason", "Yes but why did you do it?", "We reserve the right to close any account at any time for any reason". Infuriating. Customer service is horrendous, banking practices are ethically bankrupt. We have contacted an attorney and filed a complaint with the FTC. Skip the drama and use a local credit union.

    Very poor service in my 3 years of banking with them they have never answered the phone 1 time they are never open and will always find ways make simple tasks very frustrating would not recommend to anyone

    Drove up to the drive thru window, waited 5 minutes, no one acknowledge me. Drove to the front of the bank, walked inside, ask girl if they still used the drive thru windows, she said yes, you have to ring a bell if the girl does not wait on you, poor customer service, worst service I have ever had at Bank of America.
