Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Bloomfield Rd, Macon

My experience was with Mr. Acuff. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He was able to help me and my situation in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint with this location is no one will answer the phone. I called 14 times in one day and no one picked up the phone.

Wish I can give them a zero star!! Rude and can’t even do a wire transfer. Waited for over 2 hours , insanely unprofessional!!

If I could rate them a zero, I would. They need to learn how to speak to customers, especially when the issue is no fault of the customer. Always been in good standing & out of the blue, my account was closed. Every person basically told me "It was a business decision" "We don't have to tell you why" "No you can't go to the branch to collect balance, a check is coming" In the end it was for my protection because a fraudulent company attempted to hit my account. You could have said, "We understand your concern and appreciate your business but for your protection, we chose to close the account & you can go to a local branch to collect balance or we can mail a check, which do you prefer? 2 Fridays I've wasted.. Rant over

My multi million dollar company that I work for has a business account with Bank of America but because I don’t have a personal account, they refused to give me a cashiers check but was still able to cash my paycheck.

If I had the choice I would switch banks today. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They close all but one bank in a large city then only have one teller for two lanes. They need to open up the other two lanes. Have 4 lanes and more tellers. They need to think about their customers sitting out in 100+ heat. I was 9th in line and I've been here 50 minutes and still have 4 more cars before I get to a teller. Come on Bank of America do something

Horrible drive thru tellers. Told me I couldn't make my deposit in the drive thru. I had a trailer and they don't have adequate parking so I had to park at Krystal and walk inside to find out by Lindsey the assistant manager that the teller was wrong I could make it. Then go back through the drive thru to be told I have to wait because she is doing other transactions. What a joke of a bank at this location. They make it too hard to deposit my cash wont be back again.

This is the worst bank ever. Closed all but one bank in this area and some days will allow customers to enter the bank but on a Friday afternoon they won't. Makes you wait forever in the drive-thru line. Causes the line to back traffic up on the main road because lines are so long. This bank closes at 4pm and not even open on Saturdays or Thursdays. What is this bank thinking. They must be going bankrupt or something.

The branch manager officer Yenisel Diaz is going to get this branch shut down.

I had a very rewarding conversation with a BOA representative from California. I had 3 checks for 3 charities taken from my mailbox . The mail had not run yet. I asked her what I should be worried about. She stopped payment on those checks and put an alert on my account. She gave me some tips about monitoring my account. She assured me that I would not be liable for any fraudulent hits to my checking account because of this. She was great. Thank you.
