Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Connecticut Ave, Washington

This location consistently gives the worst customer experience of any bank I've ever used. A year later, they still only have one teller on site. Either Bank of America doesn’t understand their customers are busy And don’t have time to wait in line for 15 mins for a simple deposit, or they know and don’t care.

Really awful. I was going to open an account here because I live close by, but the 2 times I went in there they 1) refused to cash a Bank of America check written out to me by one of their own customers 2) refused a simple request for change. Neither of those things would have cost them a penny, and they lost a potential customer.

Miss Tammy Eleazar, Relationship Manager is awesome. She is always helpful and nice with customers. She always listens to the customers with great care and tries to solve their problems. An asset for Bank of America.

This bank is typically understaffed. When busy, they have staff walking around and talking to people in line instead of getting behind the desk to open another teller. Avoid if you want to get in and out.

This is such a suck branch of the bank. I came to bank at 12:15pm to withdraw money and the staff told me I need to wait the brand manager to get back from lunch.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. They really do not care about their customers! Awful customer service.

Avoid at all costs. One of the most frustrating bank branches in the city.

Aweful customer service. Will not be going to there again.
