Our business received notice of FRAUD activity on our account for the 2nd time in one year. However, the FRAUD dept. has been down for 3 days so we can't open a fraud claim. Last year, our corporate card was hacked. It took about a week to speak with someone in the FRAUD dept. and once we got someone on the phone, THEY DID NOT VERIFY ANY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION before updating info and reissuing us a new credit card. WOW. And then the card came and had the name that we asked to be removed still on it! Also, every single local branch drive-thru within 30 minutes has been closed for over one year which causes long lines inside the lobby. Yesterday I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to make a deposit. The most disheartening thing is watching elderly and disabled people struggle to get out of their vehicles, some with walkers, to stand in a long line when they should be able to stay in their cars in the drive-thru. Our business has had discussions of changing banks and the only reason we have not is because we have too many vendors set up with ACH/EFT receivables/payments. For a company so huge, why do you sometimes only have 1 bank teller but have 5 other employees taking calls in the back? When I call, I never speak to anyone. WHO ARE THEY TALKING TO?

I had a mixed feeling from the very poorly mannered teller but a great meeting with the excellent specialist. If you need any help from the financial specialist here, Nick is the excellent professional, cordial and very compassionate in every sense. He is a nicest professional that the company should really appreciate. But, make sure to have your appointment booked on-line to avoid any dispute with the other young, manipulative teller woman. On the phone, she firat suggested the time available and she was eager to put the name on it by my request. When I showed up just before the appointment time she had mentioned, she said, to the next teller, in a stone cold voice without looking at us. She was manipulative and arrogant. On the phone, she did not explain anything about booking on-line but offered the time the specialist was available. Instead she was wrong two people shiwed up for the same time. I ended up waiting for one and a half hour more. She simply failed to explain the booking procedures to the customer but blamed others and started condescend us. I disputed her double talk and stayed. Later on, I saw 2 elderly customers were turned away as they didn't make an on-line reservations. 2 more people came later but there was no one at the windows as both tellers left the building. Although there was one more specialist, more than half of the customers were turned away, he still would not come out to greet them, either. A simple visit to a bank branch is all of sudden is unnecessarily twisted into frustration. Bank of America in the suburban Falmouth was disappointing as those in Boston or other major cities the tellers treat their customers. It is unfortunate that this hard-working specialist was teamed up with this rude, unprofessional female.

Jasmine is amazing. When no one else would bother to help us, she was on top of things. We went to three locations before finding Jasmine... I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Where do I even begin with this bank, too many flaws to list, hours, gouging customers, etc etc. Honestly the worst bank I've ever dealt with, honestly don't know why people continue to have accounts with them

I have been trying for 3 business days to contact someone at this branch and nobody has ever answered the phone.

Great staff but unfortunately there is usually just one teller on working the line of ppl and the drive through..always a long line..

Don't visit this branch for any kind of assistance! You will get a surly and uncaring teller who won't help you if your life depended on it!
