    I only do my banking with BoA. I have always paid in full my credit card. Unfortunately, I had an appointment on Saturday 8th, 2022 with the notary. I went with my fiance. He is currently Navy active duty. Because of his upcoming deployment, I needed to get a POA from him, which needs to be notarized. We went to our appointment and the notary told us she couldn't do it, because he was not a client. I explained that I was the client and the POA was being given to me. She said she couldn't do it, because she needed to register it as a notary. I told her all notaries have a book, so I didn't see the problem with her registering that notarization. She then said she can get audited and in trouble for doing that. I again reminded her of the book and that I wasn't against her registering it. She then said that the system and internal policy didn't allow her to notarize that document because, again, my fiance was not a client. She didn't offer us any solution and was very rude. Because of the time constraining, my fiance was deployed without us having a POA. The treatment I received that day was definitely disappointing, to say the least.

    The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. I was able to get my address updated on my account without any problems. Yes there's a bit of a wait,but I feel that it was worth my time. Jocelyn, and Harold are wonderful with me ,and very understanding. I hope that you'll have more employees like them. They set the standards for everyone. I give them 10+ stars in my book. I would rather come here than the branch near my work place.

    Horrible customer service and was pretty much told to take my business elsewhere because I didn't have an appointment. Honestly, I felt as if my appearance or ethnicity had more to do with the treatment from the lady in the back to the right. Smh It's a sad day.

    They wont allow 0 stars... BofA is a corporate mess and it shows. You cant do anything outside of the ATM transactions at any locations. Tellers and "managers" are unable to manage simple things like tranfers, or opening an account.

    On 9/18 went to do a drive through deposit for one of my subcontractors in the amount of $1,200. accidentally give teller a check that was made out to a comlitely different company in the amount of $4,185, Which then the teller processed into the wrong account and released only $1,200 out of $4,185 that was processed . bank of America kept the rest of the money which is $2,985 . It has been very challenging to have them return the funds or reverse the whole thing . I contacted my bank I was told they can't do much because funds already left my account .. contacted the Branch manager Jocelyn Stone at BofA she told me unfortunately she can't fix her tellers mistake .. what do I do next how do I get my money back that bank of america pretty much stole from me.. my next step is to contact corporate or headquarters and questions how is it even possible to process $4,185 release $1,200 of that into wrong account and keep the rest of the funds ???

    To me they get a no "Star" rating. We are a business that has been with Bank of America for over 13 years. This particular branch has made numerous mistakes and they take no responsibility. They don't follow up with concerns and they are very unfriendly about there handling of various situations. They recently lost 7 checks that we deposited and said they would get back to me with a resolution and never did return the calls. They then NEVER answer their phones. I have already set up accounts with US Bank and will be moving as soon as they get this resolved.
